00:00Supportado ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang pagpapataw ng price cap sa imported na bigas.

00:06Iniregumenda ito ng Department of Agriculture dahil hindi dapat hihigit sa 50 pesos ang kada kilo ng imported rice.

00:13Una ng sinabi ng DA na nabili sa mababang halaga ang imported na bigas kahit hindi ito dapat efektado ng

00:19mataas na presyo ng petroyo.

00:21Batay sa monitoring ng DA, ilang tindahan na nagbebenta pa ng hanggang 58 pesos na imported na bigas.

00:29Nagbigay na po sila ng rekomendasyon sa National Price Coordinating Council para magkaroon ng deliberation patungkol dito.

00:37At ang kanilang price cap na isinangguni ay 50 pesos for imported rice.

00:44So ito po ang ibinigay din ng mungkahi ni Secretary Kiko Laurel kay Pangulo.

00:50So ito po naman ay sinusuportahan.
