00:12Here at Telltale, casting is a really important part of our process,
00:16and getting Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd involved has been great to help sell
00:19the authenticity of the game.
00:21Michael J. Fox let us have the rights to his likeness for the character of Marty,
00:24which is great.
00:25When we found out that he wouldn't be available for voice recording,
00:28we had to set out and find someone who could do a really great Marty voice.
00:31We obviously had to find someone who could really nail it,
00:35and doing a sound-alike casting is difficult because their bar is set so high.
00:39When I was younger, I guess when I was going through puberty,
00:41I sounded a lot like Marty, and people would always say to me,
00:44you sound like, you know, that guy from Back to the Future.
00:46AJ had approached the company, and we're not exactly sure how it got where it got,
00:52but the mp3 ended up in my inbox.
00:54Doc, you gotta listen to me! The bruise! The bruise on your head! I know how that happened!
00:58You told me the whole story!
01:00So they sent me the casting session. I'm listening to this AJ Lucasio guy,
01:05and I just stopped in my tracks.
01:07I listened to it, and if I could know that this was not Michael, I assumed it was.
01:13Michael J. Fox is a hero of mine.
01:15Doc! Come back! Doc!
01:17I've done a lot of, you know, student voiceover work,
01:20but this is my first professional gig, and it's huge.
01:24OH!
01:26I never thought in my wildest dreams I'd ever be doing this.
01:29I mean, it was something that was kind of a joke when I was younger,
01:31like, hey, AJ does a great Marty McFly impression,
01:33and now it's something that, you know, I'm actually doing it for work.
01:36I get to say, you know, what the hell is a Jigawatt?
01:39And no one's laughing at it. They're like, okay, good. Let's record that.
01:44This week has both hundreds of people living in Google
01:44Oh $200 Wayne.
01:51It's always worth a dudesヒャ is doing this fornik IRA,
01:52and here we have not only.
01:52Oh, we're not going to let go either way.
