00:12Today I'll be showing you the villager maker, which is for people who've placed a pre-order for Fable 3.
00:17When you pre-order you will get a redeem code, which you can insert into the field here to start
00:22designing your own custom villager.
00:24And actually anybody can give it a try, so you can actually pass this website over to your friend and
00:29they can play with it also.
00:31Once you start making your character, the first thing you need to do is decide whether it's male or female.
00:36And then clearly second you need to give them a name.
00:38So we're going to call our guy Bobby for now.
00:43And then we'll do a short questionnaire, the first question being where is the villager born?
00:48All these questions will feed into the personality of your character,
00:50so make sure you read them carefully and answer them appropriately or very inappropriately
00:56in order to see what kind of character you create for the game.
01:07And here's our own little Bobby.
01:09He's dressed as an auroran villager right now, but by selecting different outfits
01:12we can fully customize him with different hats, different faces, different coats,
01:17and of course his voice ranging from common to posh and everything in between.
01:22The villagers' clothes, their voices, everything about them will change whether you pick male or female,
01:27and his different character traits are described on the panel to the right.
01:35And this is Bobby, a rather handsome fellow I have to say.
01:42Then we get some additional functionality.
01:44You can click add villager to your game button, and if you've placed a Fable 3 pre-order
01:48you can use the redeem code to add him or her to your game.
01:51Make sure you're absolutely happy with him or her, since once you've added them to your game
01:56there's no changing it, so be careful.
01:59Finally, what you can do with Bobby is save a wallpaper to send to your friends
02:02or post a link on your Twitter or Facebook account.
02:12Now, let's take a look at the character in the game,
02:15and this is never before game footage, so it's very exciting.
02:18This character will always be placed in this town called Brightwell Village,
02:21which is a university town with its own library.
02:24Depending on whether Bobby is good or evil, he'll be placed in front of or around this house.
02:28somewhere.
02:29Now, Bobby is going to give us a quest, and in this case it's how to get an Academia quest,
02:34which is sort of an evil quest.
02:37Maybe it involves an assassination.
02:40Of course, Fable being Fable, it's completely up to you how you complete this quest,
02:44but you've essentially created the quest by creating Bobby.
02:47Now, not only that, but Bobby will also give you a small amount of gold, a thousand gold,
02:51when you complete the quest, and you'll also get guild seals, which you can use on the road to rule,
02:57which you'll understand once you get the game.

03:04Once you've completed the quest, then it's up to you to do what you want with Bobby.
03:08You can marry him, you can take his hand and go on another quest, you can become his best friend.
