00:00You're not productive when you don't have enough sleep.
00:03You're not productive when you're not doing it.
00:05You're not productive when you're doing it.
00:06Like certain things, especially in sports or in volleyball,
00:10quick decisions, it's hard and hard.
00:13As an athlete, I have to prioritize sleep
00:21because sleep will make me perform better and well-done.
00:27We have a lot of chances of peak accidents and everything
00:32if we don't recover well in terms of having an equality.
00:37So, prioritize talaga.
00:39I said earlier, I have to take time every single day.
00:43I have to make sure I met bed at 9pm.
00:46So, we're going to do it.
00:47So, mga takta-tax ko, beyond 9,
00:49pasensya na po.
00:50We're going to do it.
00:51But, as an athlete back in college,
00:54I would say that we're sleep deprived
00:56because we train twice a day
00:58and then we have school.
00:59So, the max of hours of sleep
01:01will probably be just 5 to 6 hours.
01:05But, I'd say since we were young,
01:08I'm not sure, we were able to sustain
01:11the energy all throughout the day.
01:12We take naps, not only 20 minutes,
01:14but 2 to 3 hours in between classes.
01:17But, yeah, I think it's more of,
01:22before kasi hindi namin napabansin,
01:24but now, I'd say,
01:25it will really highly affect my performance
01:29in terms of what swings,
01:33you focus, reaction time.
01:35Hindi talaga productive
01:36when you don't have enough sleep.
01:39Hindi productive yung ganyan nalawin mo,
01:41the way you decide,
01:42like certain things most,
01:43especially in sports or in volleyball,
01:45quick, ano eh, yung mga decision
01:48ni hitam at mabines.
01:49Pero, pagigilang enough new sleep,
01:51hindi siya defunction right away.
01:54At, hindi lang din naman talaga kami
01:55nagpa-volleyball.
01:56After volleyball, you have 3 takes to 2.
01:58So, having 8 hours of sleep,
02:01it's needed.
02:03It's, sabi nga,
02:04it's really actually a necessity
02:05for all of us.
02:06So, sana, we're hoping ka magawa
02:09halos ng lahat ng tao yung 8 hours
02:11of the quality of sleep.
