00:30Loved about Skylanders as far as adventure, that make the levels more fun, give more playability
00:34The newest thing about Skylanders Giants is the Giants themselves
00:37The Giants are these huge characters, they're much bigger than the bigger Skylanders
00:42And so therefore they have unique and different abilities in the game
00:45And as a toy, they're physically much bigger
00:48They can interact with things like boulders in the world, they can smash through the ground, they can smash through
00:53lots of walls
00:53They'll just pummel everything that comes in their way
00:57In addition to the Skylanders Giants, we've also got eight new Skylanders we call Light Corps
01:03Light Corps characters can explode and radiate out this attack against all the enemies on screen
01:09But it's echoed in the real world
01:11The toys, as they approach your portal of power in your living room, begin to glow
01:15There's no batteries inside them
01:17It's entirely the magic of the portal being absorbed by the toy and radiated out as light
01:23There's never been a toy like it
01:24Also in Skylanders Giants are Series 2
01:27We've taken your favorite Skylanders from the first game
01:30And we've made new toys that show off their cool upgrades that none of the Series 1 Skylanders had
01:35We call it their wow-pow
01:39In Skylanders Giants, you don't need a brand new portal
01:43All the toys from Skylanders Spyros Adventure work perfectly in the new game
01:47But now, instead of being maxed out at the 10th level, all your toys can go to the 15th level
01:52In addition to that, we have different difficulty modes
01:55You can play it as easy, you can play it as medium
01:57You can also choose to play it as hard
02:00And there's even a special nightmare mode for the extra hardcore players
02:04Something we created entirely new for Skylanders Giants is the idea of individual toy quests
02:10These are little challenges that are unique for each of your characters
02:13And as you complete more of your individual toy quests, your magic moment becomes cooler and cooler
02:22I think if you liked the combat for Spyros Adventure
02:26You're going to be really surprised and excited to see what we've done with it in Skylanders Giants
02:30You can play in single player, you can play in co-op, and you can even play in battle mode
02:35This is a drop-in, drop-out mode, so anytime you want to have a friend, you can drop in

02:40Another really cool thing I like in Giants that's new is arena battles
02:44It's waves and waves of enemies coming at you
02:46And there's all kinds of hazards, like pieces of the floor falling out or things lighting on fire
02:52We've got this game within the game called Skystone
02:55This is a collectible card game
02:58You're going to play against people throughout Skylands
03:01And as you beat them, you take their best card
03:04So your deck gets stronger and stronger
03:06You can also buy some in our in-game store, which is another new feature that I really, really like
03:11Besides Skystones, we also sell PvP arenas, Lucky Charms
03:15And we sell some heroic challenges that are not available any other way
03:21Skylanders Giants come to life on all the major consoles
03:24But we also have some exciting new places where you can bring your toy collections to life
03:28For example, on the 3DS, we have a platform-based version of the game
03:33Giants to me is like Spyro's Adventure, but just better in every way
03:38And now, to save the day, as a Portal Master, you need to go out, find the Giants
03:42Send them back to Skylands
03:44Increase their powers and their upgrades and their strengths
03:46So that they can eventually fight Chaos in the Archean Army
03:50Skylanders will remember you and what you've done together forever
03:52And that's what's revolutionary about Skylanders
