00:30Take the arrow-flinging striker Legolas, he deals a lot of damage with his basic attack, but strikers have low
00:37health and resistances, making escapability a priority.
00:41Defenders like Witch King excel at providing support to their teammates with their high survivability.
00:47Defenders can absorb incoming damage and help to control the enemy, so their less survivable teammates live longer and stay
00:54in the fight.
00:55With a balance between attack damage, ability damage, and survivability, warriors like Upluk are flexible guardians that can be played
01:02in a variety of different ways.
01:04Use your loadouts to suit warriors to your playstyle.
01:08When lane control is needed, a tactician like Hildefon's is right for the job.
01:13Tacticians are best at controlling lanes by creating dangerous zones for attacking or defending towers.
01:20Finally, enchanters such as Gandalf deal significant ability damage while withstanding others' abilities.
01:27However, their lower health and basic attack resistances leave them vulnerable to other classes.
01:34Not all classes are the same.
01:36While powerful enchanters can be fragile, sturdy defenders are tough to take down.
01:42The battleground is a dangerous place, and dying in a match is sometimes unavoidable.
01:48But death only keeps a Guardian out of a match temporarily.
01:52The respawn timer in the upper right corner shows how long a Guardian will be out of the match.
01:57The longer the match lasts, the higher the timer is set, making late-game survivability critical.
02:04When the respawn timer runs out, Guardians will start back at the base,
02:08and gain a brief movement boost to help them get back into the fight.
02:12Destroy.
02:13Do your worst.
02:18Next time, we'll look at how a loadout can help your Guardian get the upper hand.
