Un video che illustra la versione beta di Kerbal Space Program.
Trascrizione
00:03Greetings Carbonauts, I'm Miguel Piña from SQUAD, just thrilled to welcome you to the
00:08release features video for Update Point 90 Beta than ever.
00:15The last essential system for Career Mode is finally making its first appearance in
00:19the game.
00:20Take your space center from a modest beginning to a top-of-the-line space exploration complex.
00:25Every facility must be upgraded through different levels.
00:28Each unlocking advanced features and expanding what you can do in-game.
00:32All of these costs are pretty penny of course, so be prepared to save up on your funds.
00:36I've cheated myself a bunch of money to make it happen, so don't expect to go through updates
00:42as fast as I did.
00:43And don't blow em up, repairing is expensive.
00:46All Careballs now start with a base skill, be it as pilots, engineers, or scientists.
00:52This starts at level 0, providing no bonuses at all.
00:55But as your Careballs develop, they will unlock new abilities.
01:00Scientists give increasingly higher bonuses to science collection, engineers can repair
01:04parts of your craft assuming you broke something, and pilots will be able to take over some ship
01:09controls if you choose to allow them.
01:12Don't worry, with enough training you can't even trust Jabba.
01:15Kinda.
01:16Maybe.
01:16The editor scenes have had a major overhaul.
01:19We have completely rebuilt the parts list, so you can now look them up not just by the
01:24usual categories, but also by resource capacity, model type, tech level, and many more.
01:30Don't like any of those?
01:31Well, we are also letting you create your own custom categories to throw whichever parts
01:36you like in there.
01:37In addition, you can sort all filter parts by name, mass, and cost.
01:42All of these are unlocked through the button at the top left that allows you to enter advanced
01:46mode.
01:48And then, there's the construction gizmos, place, offset, rotate, and reroute.
01:53Get familiarized with all of them and you'll be able to build crafts that were simply not
01:57possible before the update.
01:59The editor as a whole is just full of little changes, so try stuff, experiment, and build
02:04things in a completely new way.
02:06If you can't tell, we're particularly proud of how this one came out, we're loving it.
02:113D modeler extraordinaire Parkjet has once again knocked it out of the park.
02:16This time with the MK3 parts.
02:19We'd call this an overhaul, but there weren't that many MK3 parts to begin with, so there
02:24was much less overhauling and a whole lot more adding entirely new and absolutely massive
02:29parts.
02:30These are designed for heavy lifting, can fit size two parts inside their cargo bays,
02:35and will end up being the workhorses for your space program.
02:39Just be careful with deployment... ow, sorry guys.
02:44Mod maker Arsonite has collaborated with us, and we have integrated a version of his mod,
02:48FinePrint, to Kerbal Space Program.
02:51This will add a whole new level of depth to the contract system, adding tasks such as surveying
02:56areas, deploying satellites, constructing space stations or planetary bases, and even capturing
03:01asteroids.
03:02Just be warned, some of these are really, really hard.
03:06For example, this survey with low tech levels took me about 10 takes.
03:11Should've just used a rocket, really.
03:15With the help of enthusiast Xenogeologist and KSPTV streamer Tanuki Chow, every single
03:21rocky body in the solar system now has biomes to call its own.
03:25This is a remarkable increase just by sheer numbers, as we now not only have over 100 biomes,
03:31not counting the ones at the Space Center by the way, but existing ones have been overhauled
03:35to a new level of quality.
03:37Let's just say the science archive just got really, really big.
03:42You completionists out there have quite the task now.
03:46A whole lot of other things have changed in Update Point 90, but I dare not spoil them all.
03:52We hope you will enjoy the update as much as we enjoyed making it, and thank you for supporting
03:58our game.
04:05Thank you.
