00:01Hi there Final Fantasy fans and welcome to a very special unboxing video for Final Fantasy Type 0 HD.
00:08As you can see I've got the Collective Edition and the two Limited Editions in front of me
00:13so I can show you what's inside and you know what they are.
00:18So let's kick things off with the Limited Steelbook Edition
00:22which by the name you can probably guess comes with a Limited Edition Steelbook
00:30Surprise, surprise!
00:32So what artwork have we got on our Steelbook?
00:36So you can see on the front we've got a classic image of Class Zero member Ace
00:41and on the back we have artwork featuring two other members of Class Zero, Machina and Rem.
00:49So I'm going to open it up so you can see both images side by side, I hope you agree.
00:54It's pretty cool, it's a really nice Steelbook, lovely bits of art.
00:57Now inside you want to get the game itself, you get usual health and safety gubbins
01:05but you also get a download code for the Final Fantasy 15 demo.
01:11Now the download code for the demo comes with every edition of Final Fantasy Type 0, I tell you every
01:18edition, every day one edition of Final Fantasy Type 0 HD.
01:23So when you pick up your game, be sure to redeem the code either on PSN or Xbox Live to
01:32download.
01:35One last thing to talk about on the Steelbook is that on the inside you can see we've put the
01:40kanji from the game's logo on the inside.
01:43So literally it reads Type 0.
01:47You know it's a nice little touch we added in just so that the inside wasn't completely bare, it wasn't
01:54blank.
01:55So let's put everything back.
01:58You'll notice on the slip case for the Steelbook Edition that it has a transparent cutaway which means that you
02:08can choose to have either the front or the back of the case to show basically the front of the
02:15case if you add the slip case on it.
02:17So you can either choose to have Ace on the front or if you'd rather have Macanoo M you can
02:25also do that because the way the cutaway is designed means that you can clearly see both characters in there
02:31as well.
02:32So it's really up to you whichever version or whichever side you want to show you.
02:39So moving on to the Frame Edition.
02:43Now the Frame Edition comes with something unique called the Frame Case.
02:48So it comes with four different images so you can swap out the images so you can change from the
02:57front, the back and also the inside of the case as well.
03:02So you get the same things as you can do in the limited Steelbook Edition.
03:06You've got 5x15 demo code, the game and then you have a quick look at the two images on the
03:17inside and the two images on the outside.
03:19So in the back, at the moment what we have is the group shot of Class Zero.
03:26Now you'll notice that the case to open it has a special kind of lip which doubles up as a
03:36stand.
03:36So the reason it's called a Frame Case is because you can display it like a picture frame.
03:41So you can have landscape images which you can proudly display and the case will stand up on its own
03:48which is pretty cool.
03:49And if you wanted to swap the images out, dead easy.
03:54All you have to do is carefully pop off the frame like so.
04:03You get a number of different, as I mentioned before, different art cards with different images.
04:07So if you wanted this image of Ace on the front and the group shot of Class Zero on the
04:15inside.
04:15All you have to do is arrange the images how you want them to appear and then just clip on
04:31the frame.
04:32Easy peasy.
04:34So now on the inside we've got the group shot of Class Zero and on the outside we now have
04:42an image of Ace.
04:45which we can pop.
04:46Actually let's pop the content back inside.
04:56I've actually, by the look of it, put Ace on upside down.
04:59Make sure you get things the right way up when you put your frame case together.
05:05So yeah, that's the limited edition frame case.
05:08So let's put these two pieces aside.
05:12And let's talk about the collector's edition.
05:15Now you can see that there's two slightly different versions.
05:19This version is exclusive to the Square Enix Store.
05:22And this version is the version that is available in all of the retailers.
05:28So if we take off the slipcases you'll see what the differences are.
05:31which is the actual three cases themselves.
05:34So the Square Enix Store exclusive version comes with a slip cover that is completely transparent on the front.
05:43And the other version is, as you can see, is a solid white background with the game logo on it.
05:50So let's pop that back on and let's have a closer look at the collector's edition.
05:57If you've recently seen a Square Enix Presents video that was recently done by our colleagues in the US,
06:05you might have noticed that they unboxed their version of the collector's edition which the outside box was black.
06:14are just white, but the contents for not only the US and the European versions are identical,
06:21but also the two versions here.
06:23Inside is identical for all versions of the clan's edition.
06:28So we've got a closer look at the box itself.
06:30You can see it's got the lovely Yashitaka Amano artwork on the front with the two goddesses of Orient.
06:38You can see a nice, nice solid box, nice size, really solid, really nice display packaging.
06:51So the first thing you get when you open the Clexit edition is the art book,
06:58which is called the Class Zero 842 art book.
07:01It's 80 pages long, hardback, nice glossy pages, which I will show you a couple of pages of quickly.
07:11So you can see that all the artwork is lovingly displayed, nicely laid out, nice clear images as well,
07:21so you can really see all the detail that goes into making Type Zero HD,
07:27and you can really admire all the artistry that went into the game.
07:31So, I'm not going to show you any more, so you can see the artwork yourselves when you hopefully pick
07:41up your Clexit edition when the game comes out.
07:43Speaking of books, next up is the Type Zero manga, which was previously only released in Japan.
07:51So this is 200 pages long, it comes with an authentic dust cover, similar paper stock and similar size to
08:03a traditional Japanese manga.
08:05So this is the type zero manga, and when you pick it up, be sure to breathe in that new
08:10paper smell because, oh man, that's glorious.
08:14Oh, that's good. Sorry, got a little carried away there.
08:19So yeah, so that's the Type Zero manga.
08:22Next up is Ace's cards, or replicas of Ace's cards.
08:30So, you see, it comes with five, they're all pretty big, and on the back, you can see it comes
08:39with Ace's graphic card design,
08:41and on the front, you have one of the idolons that you can summon in the game on each of
08:48the cards.
08:49So, we have Diabolos, Ifrit, Bahamut, Odin, and of course, Shiva.
09:04So, a number of the classic Final Fantasy summons there.
09:09Last, but certainly not least, is the Golden Steelbook.
09:13Now, this Steelbook, obviously, is different to the limited edition Steelbook, I mean, you can see it's different.
09:20But this Steelbook is exclusive to the Klex edition.
09:24You cannot get the Steelbook anywhere else.
09:29So, like the front of the box, the Steelbook has the two goddesses of audience blazoned on the front.
09:40It's a really, really beautiful Steelbook.
09:43It's really, really nice, really cool.
09:47Inside, you get the composer selection of the Type Zero soundtrack, which the soundtrack is actually really, really good.
09:59Do check it out.
10:01So, you've got, you've got the usual St. Governors, you've got the Final Fantasy XV demo code.
10:06You've got track list of the composer selection CD.
10:12And if any of you guys have been playing Theodorism, Final Fantasy Curtain Call, you will probably recognise a couple
10:17of those tracks.
10:19You obviously get the game yourself.
10:24And just like the limited edition Steelbook, on the inside of the Golden Steelbook, you've got the kanji written as
10:31well.
10:31So, Type Zero.
10:34So, one more time looking at the front because I think this Steelbook is really, really, really cool.
10:41So, that is the collected edition of Final Fantasy Type Zero HD.
10:49Hope you like what you saw.
10:52And hopefully you'll be picking up one of the editions, or standard edition, when the game comes out.
10:58Oh, close that.
10:59When the game comes out very soon.
