01:02:50limo which has been crazy and now we're at sony music publishing and we're doing the songwriting

01:03:02summer ac dc i'm feeling so so damn lucky to be here for this private songwriting workshop such a blessing
01:03:09i think just write what you want to write and say what you want to say that's always the ultimate
01:03:14goal when it comes to writing a song is how can we make your experience come alive i never had

01:03:20kind of expertise or this kind of like knowledge about the industry so much before idol we're heading
01:03:25to the annex to the social media workshop social media is still new to me because i only recently just
01:03:32got a phone so your phone is a direct connection to growing your audience so that when people land they
01:03:37immediately can get an understanding of who you are there is a lot to learn got to keep up with
01:03:42these gen z's working on the gram working on the ticky tock we're on the way to the studio
01:03:51we are at the hive studios now we're going to record the top 12 single who's excited
01:04:01i've definitely got a taste of what being a recording artist could be
01:04:04and i will do whatever it takes for this to be my life this is such a good look into
01:04:11the music
01:04:11industry seeing how it all works has really made me want this even more well done guys i think we've

01:04:22how cool is all of that you don't come on idle just to sing you're getting real world experience
01:04:29working with industry professionals it's such a great way to boost your career no matter where you
01:04:34place in the competition amy and marcia it's true though right an artist has to work so hard on their
01:04:41craft to make it in this business it's not easy but it's worth it because you're creating your brand
01:04:47you have to work hard i mean i always say this is a great great platform for people who want
01:04:52to be in
01:04:53the industry but once you're here people know you so you gotta bang on doors yeah a lot of like
01:04:58discipline and sacrifices yes anything to sort of yeah make the dream come alive absolutely i mean you
01:05:05two are the perfect example of that still like still banging down doors still killing it still doing
