00:00We've not yet seen Iran's foreign minister or the president, Masoud Pazeskian, targeted in strikes,
00:04and it is an indication about where they stand politically. They are considered relatively
00:09moderate for the Iranian regime, understanding that their ties to the IRGC are not as deep.
00:13But I think it's important to note here some analysis on the strikes that we've seen over
00:17the past 48 hours. Ali Larajani, the secretary to Iran's Supreme National Security Council,
00:23a top besiege commander, and now Ismail Khatib, the intelligence minister. What we're watching
00:28in real time is a shaping operation by the Israelis and the Americans to systematically take out
00:33the regime infrastructure that led to the crackdown on protesters earlier this year.
00:38Khatib, one of the individuals responsible for taking down the Internet across Iran.
00:44Soleimani, this commander responsible for sending ground forces into the streets of Iran and open
00:49firing on civilians. And Larajani, one of the overarching figures that was ordering the crackdown
00:55against these civilians. And so, again, this is an indication that the Israelis and the Americans
00:59are trying to lay the groundwork for Iranian civilians who were in the streets of their country
01:03earlier this year to once again come out and express their frustration and disdain with this regime
01:09that has oppressed them for 47 years.
01:11Yep.
