00:03So, you've been wondering how things happen around the world without you noticing.
00:14The reality is, before you wonder how things happen around the world without you noticing,
00:21how about you seeking that information, doing your own research,
00:28understanding that the world you live in today is a rhythm of reactions.
00:41You have a business, you have a family, you have a community, you have an organization, you have a company.
00:52That needs your mindset straight. That needs your business straight.
01:00Where you don't have to worry about what's next.
01:09Because in a world where no one is worried about you, then you don't worry about what is next.
01:17You worry about your business. How big is it going to become?
01:25Or how small are you scaling down?
01:34You are mighty by your works, by your actions, by your doings.
01:40That's what makes you mighty.
01:51You are not always in the light because of the different perspectives of shades around us.
02:07The glory we seek, the energy we seek, the rhythmness of the circles that bounce off our actions.
02:24That's why we are here. That's why every business thrives.
02:31So as we dream of a better tomorrow, how have you imagined changing or elevating yourself from everyone's perspective to
02:47your own?
02:52I had a friend of mine who normally tells me,
02:57If you're fighting, don't fight for what others fight to or fight for.
03:08Fight for yourself, your community, your people, your world, your toil, your sweat.
03:18While everyone is fighting to break away or stretch you or to build something new away from you,
03:29Make sure you're empowering to actually achieve that.
03:36Because a happy mindset is a dream fulfilled.
03:44It's a goal earning.
03:51Every leader wants to see that his leadership, mentorship is actually passed on to the right people.
03:59And the right people are actually doing the right things.
04:06Not because they have been in the leadership longer than the others, but because they have earned it.
04:16That's what leadership is.
04:18You might all be children in the family, but then you find the youngest being more flexible and sensitive and
04:34better at elevating the elders.
04:44That's natural. It's an individual thing.
04:53Just like you wake up and say, this is my desire. This is what I desire. This is what you
05:01want.
05:04No matter how people look at it, it's what you desire. It's your own. It's what you want.
05:16The world won't allow you to have it all. Not because you can't have it all.
05:22But because of the aftermath of everything that you supplement yourself.
05:41If you're dating your wife, the friends you get to let go, the habits you get to let go.
05:52If you're getting into a corporate community and really dine with the essentials, the habits you leave in the ghettos,
06:04you don't work with them there.
06:08There are words, there are things you don't take to different sides of the world.
06:14You can talk to what is there so that you can actually become better from where you've been.
06:22It's why we move on. It's why the child becomes from doodling to writing something sensible.
06:33It's why we do.
06:35So as you imagine and dream and think of how things have become harder for others, how people are doing
06:50that and doing that.
06:53I remember you.
06:55Remember yourself first.
06:58Remember you.
07:01Remember yourself first.
07:02I remember me first.
07:06Because as you feel the heat on your skin, it's how everyone else feels it.
07:18And in that moment of remembering me first, me means the people around me.
07:23Me means those who see things differently like me.
07:27Me means those who find time, a moment in life, to share it with me.
07:38Me means finding or understanding or digesting beyond the moment for the better or for the gooder, greater future.
07:52Me means being what everyone else can be.
08:07Because as you look at the horizons around us, as you look at the different business ideologies around us, not
08:16every business is like yours.
08:18Not everyone is like you.
08:23If you're fighting, fight.
08:28What are you fighting for?
08:32It's your business.
08:34Think of it first.
08:38Because it's what attracts others.
08:42It's your services that attract others.
08:45It's your dreams, your goals that attract others.
08:53And when they come around, it's you becoming better.
09:02It's giving all the service to them.
09:05Making sure they're becoming better.
09:09Because you don't understand how others become better until they learn something from you.
09:18It might be privacy.
09:20It might be the way you carry yourself around.
09:23It might be your habits around your children or your daughters.
09:27It might be your ways around your wife, it might be your ways around your husband, it might be your
09:35ways around your sister, it might be your ways around your brother.
09:39So just imagine that everyone has something to learn from you, from me, from the community.
09:49And as they learn, as they do that, there is you who is always trying to make sure they're happy.
10:02So make sure everything is always going through and smoothly fighting towards the better of the people around you.
10:14Because no one else thinks about them unless you do.
10:22No one thinks about anything unless you do.
10:26No one imagines anything unless you do.
10:30So if you're imagining it, imagine it better.
10:33If you're thinking of it, think of it deeper.
10:37If you're toiling, toil harder. If you're striving, strive higher.
10:49You live in a world where nothing makes sense.
10:52But in that world where nothing makes sense is where all the sensible things manifest from.
11:00You move through the streets.
11:02The kids sleeping on the streets.
11:06There are markets that are not organized.
11:09There are transport systems that are broken.
11:13There are revenue systems that are actually not even honoring anything.
11:21There is a lot.
11:22There are communities and populations disobeying the law.
11:25And you ask yourself, what kind of world are we living in?
11:30But it's not crazy.
11:34The glow of the white serpent says,
11:38You want seatbelts in every taxi for your own safety.
11:42You want seatbelts in every car.
11:44Please put on a seatbelt.
11:47And time passes and it doesn't work.
11:52Then another time comes, you want to see, at least that your economy is better.
11:58Let us do this.
12:00Let us have this tax around.
12:04And everyone is like, no, we can't have that tax.
12:11What is the problem with receiving documentation?
12:14Because I thought a receipt protects both.
12:18It protects me, the consumer, the one receiving the services, and you, the one giving other services.
12:25It protects me, the service provider, and you, the one consuming the service.
12:32That's where there are warranty and guarantees.
12:37So that at least you're confident, you sleep well, that where you've spent your money is worth it.
12:48In case of this, you take back the device or anything, so that you can be replaced.
12:56Because that can be maybe a factory heir compared to what they expect the device to be delivered.
13:08So it's always good to look at how and what services are you delivering and how better are you helping
13:15each other from the communities to you.
13:18If I'm a service provider providing gadgets, if I'm providing a phone and it comes with earphones, comes with a
13:25charger, it comes with an extra, maybe some phone covers and all that and everything in the box, why should
13:32I remove it and only sell a phone with earphones and a charger?
13:35And leave out all the other extra things?
13:40If I know that a movie is packaged with some extra content on it, some extra information on it, some
13:46extra branding on it, why should I support a pirate who's only giving me a movie and not all that
13:53extra work on it?
13:55Because the extra information on it, the extra content on it is actually also worth it. It's why everything makes
14:03sense.
14:07Someone might tell you, you know, it doesn't make sense as long as it gives me light. It's a bulb
14:14as long as it gives me light.
14:15But that's why there are standards. That's why the systems and the government set standards. No, this shouldn't be beyond
14:24this. This shouldn't be limited to this.
14:27It's because we have to protect humanity first. We have to protect our earth from radiation, from pollution, from other
14:37things.
14:40So just imagine that. And be a better person. It's the value of now. You live in the now and
14:49be now.
