These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
Any of the other international associates would also tell you the same things that organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators could be uniformed and/or civilian. The corruption permeates various levels of society in every city and country on Earth.
It is imperative that all uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators be recorded and shared from inside of any public, private, or community organization or facilities. The global groups and their members want to see many videos and photographs, or other information.
The video and photographic images are going to be sifted by other human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools after they get passed along to the others in a decentralized collection of international groups. Someone from somewhere would be able to dig around some more to find various gangstalking perp information.
The black and white police gangstalking perp SUV is one such visual data point for us to play with and search around for some more information. You can see the perp cop drive around the side streets at night to stop only long enough to send in a gangstalking perp report, by the night time street sidewalk. That behavior pattern meant that perp cop was using his or her uniform to cover up the side corruption quest to make it appear as if it was legitimate.
Some of my societal factions of government/corporation official friends have already told me that some of their official colleagues are corrupt and giving the corrupt perps their orders as perp handlers. Some of the other international groups and members have also corroborated this information too. That means the various international groups need to dig around more for information about these corrupt officials and their perp puppets.
