00:00Right guys, I'm back with a little voiceover. So I started off with a single leg hip thrust.
00:03This one you're going to push through the heel and it is a burner.
00:07Then I went into sumo deadlifts. I kept the stance nice and wide, toes pointed out and you don't overextend
00:11at the top.
00:13Then we went into a B stance deadlift. You keep all your weight on one foot and push through that
00:17heel.
00:18Then I went into hip thrust. I kept the pelvis nice and tucked. It was a bit of a wider
00:21stance and I felt it more in my glutes.
00:24Then I just went into a single leg hamstring curl. This was just to finish off my session.
00:28Kept the tempo 2-2-2 and that's it guys.
