00:00Hello everyone welcome to my channel today's recipe is Matar Paneer Chura Chura Matar very famous of Bihar
00:10It is a snack item that is eaten in the evening and morning breakfast during the winter season.
00:19I have tried this Chura Matar recipe with paneer because in this recipe, Chura
00:26It is crisp and the peas are soft and the paneer is crisp from outside and soft from inside so this
00:34The combination tastes great when eaten together.
00:37So I made it in the classic salted style
00:41You must try this recipe
00:44So for this we have taken
00:47100 grams white coarse poha or crumbs
00:50100 grams peas
00:52100 grams paneer
00:54We have taken these three in Ecol Contenti
01:00And we need two pieces of green chillies.
01:04Asafoetida
01:0550 grams chopped coriander leaves
01:11We also need olive oil and salt for frying.
01:15So first of all, clean the sawdust by putting it in a sieve or soup.
01:21300 grams of matar paneer chura from this recipe
01:26It will be ready which two people can eat comfortably.
01:43Turn off the gas and keep a pan for heating.
01:49Once the wok is hot, add 7 tablespoons of oil.
01:55Here you can take either mustard oil or refined oil.
02:25We have to make it medium and fry the paneer till it becomes crisp.
02:32After a minute, we have to turn the paneer to the other side.
02:42It takes three to four minutes for the paneer to be cooked.
02:47We have to make it light brown and crispy from both the sides by stirring it in between.
03:03Now our paneer is well cooked.
03:07It will become even crispier as it cools down, so we take it out.
03:16So our paneer is ready, now we have to fry the crumbs, so we will fry it in the same pan on a plate.
03:25Add another spoon of oil
03:31Our oil has heated up well, so now we put the powder in it for frying.
03:37We have to fry this powder on a slow flame while stirring continuously till it becomes crispy.
03:46We need to slow down the gas plume here.
03:56We have to fry the powder for 5-6 minutes until its color changes slightly and it starts turning round.
04:05Then we have to check it once.
04:09So you can take a piece or two and check whether it is crisp or not, it will be very soon
04:16If it is hot then you can check it by taking a container full of it, you can also check it by eating it.
04:23When it cools down and becomes crisp, then this powder is fried well, we can use it.
04:35Take it out in a plate. Now we have to fry green peas, so we fry them in the same pan.
04:44Add a tablespoon of oil and
04:48When the oil becomes hot, we will add 100 grams of green peas in it.
04:56For this recipe, we have to use small fresh local peas which are sweet in taste.
05:04Add salt as per your taste, here I have used one to four teaspoons of salt.
05:19One ba eight teaspoon hing dal deni hai
05:27Mix it well and cover it and cook it on low flame for two minutes to cook.
05:35will keep
05:38After 2 minutes we will uncover it and stir it well.
05:47Now we have to add two chopped green chillies in it.
05:54Stir it well and cover it again and let it cook for 2 minutes.
06:01After two minutes, we will uncover it and stir it well.
06:09We have to cover the peas and cook them on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
06:16Finally, we have to check the peas by pressing them.
06:21Has it happened or not?
06:23So our matar is well cooked
06:26Now we add 50 grams of chopped coriander leaves in it.
06:33Coriander is very cheap in the winter season.
06:37So, don't skimp on adding coriander here.
06:39Because coriander will give a very good taste.
06:42Now we will add fried chuura and paneer to this fried matar.
06:51Mix everything well
06:56Now let's test this mixture.
07:00Whether the salt is right or not
07:05If there is less salt, then we have to add a little at this stage.
07:09Our salt is perfect in it right now.
07:12So turn off the gas
07:15Matar Paneer Chura is ready.
07:17Enjoy it as a morning breakfast or evening snack.
