00:31The story begins when your character moves to the tropical islands of the Aurora region to become a Pokemon Trainer.
00:40At the start of your adventure, you can choose one of three first partner Pokemon.
00:47The Glass Quill Pokemon, Rowlet.
00:50The Fire Cat Pokemon, Ritten.
00:52Or the Sea Lion Pokemon, Popplio.
00:55The two legendary Pokemon from the game boxes, Solgaleo and Lunara, are important to your adventure too.
01:05On your journey, you will also encounter regional variants of Pokemon you have seen before.
01:12They look unique and have adapted to the Aurora region.
01:17This is an Aurora Latata.
01:19It has a distinct look and its type is dark normal.
01:23It's quite different to the Latata you know.
01:28It is said that Latata once swarmed the Aurora region,
01:33so young goose were introduced to the area to take care of the problem.
01:38To escape from young goose, Latata had to adapt and change their sleeping hours.
01:44In the end, their appearance changed to help them deal with their surroundings.
01:52There is also a new element to Pokemon battles.
01:57Z-Moves.
01:58A Z-Move is a very powerful attack that is activated when a Pokemon and its Trainer use their full
02:06powers together.
02:07The type of Z-Moves that a Pokemon can use depends on the type of Z-Crystal that the player
02:15gives to the Pokemon.
02:16Some Z-Moves can only be used by certain Pokemon after they are given a specific Z-Crystal.
02:26If you purchase Pokemon Sun or Pokemon Moon cross to launch, you can receive early purchase bonuses.
02:35From game launch until January 11, 2017, you can receive Munchilax in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon.
02:44This Munchilax can evolve into Snorlax to go all out.
02:50It will come with a special item, Snorium Z.
02:54By evolving Munchilax into Snorlax and having it hold the Snorium Z,
03:00Snorlax becomes able to use a special Z-Moves, Pulverizing Pancake.
03:07Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon will launch on November 23.
03:13Before that, on November 18, we will release the new Nintendo 3DS XL, Solgaleo and Lunara Limited Edition,
03:23which we previously announced.
03:25Today, I can announce that we will also release a special edition Nintendo 2DS on November 23.
03:34It will be available with either Pokemon Sun or Pokemon Moon pre-installed.
03:41Moving along, see what you think of this.
03:51It may look like Super Mario Maker, which launched last year on Wii U, but actually this is Super Mario
03:59Maker for Nintendo 3DS.
04:01This game is all about playing courses anytime, anywhere.
04:07There is lots to play right out of the box with 100 built-in courses designed by Nintendo.
04:14Those levels have extra challenges too, such as collecting every coin, or defeating every enemy before reaching the goal.
04:31Completing these extra challenges earns you medals.
04:36You can also go online to play courses made using the Wii U version.
04:41You will not be able to search by course ID, but you will be able to enjoy the 100 Mario
04:49Challenge and recommended courses too.
04:53While not every course created in the Wii U version will be available, there will not be any shortage of
05:01great content.
05:03Just like the Wii U version, this game lets players freely create their own Super Mario courses.
05:11It includes every tool and course part from the Wii U version, except for the mystery mushroom and the linked
05:19Mario costumes.
05:21But do not worry if you find the course creation a little intimidating.
05:28Mashiko and Yamamura guide you with interactive tutorials.
05:33You will be creating with confidence in no time.
05:37While Super Mario Maker on Wii U was all about creating a big global community,
05:44This time, we want to bring players together with nearby friends to build close-knit communities.
05:52So instead of uploading courses online,
05:56courses you make can be shared by a local wireless and street pass.
06:02We have also added in the ability to share incomplete courses by a local wireless.
06:09That way, you can team up to create courses.
06:13These courses will be marked with a special icon to show off your collaboration.
06:20Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS will be released on December 2nd, 2016.
06:28Now, let's talk about Mario Party Star Rush.
06:32This game has a new mode called Toad Scramble,
06:36where everybody plays as a Toad.
06:39It can be played in single-player or multi-player.
06:43And everyone moves at the same time, from rolling the dice to moving towards bosses.
06:50By eliminating turns, the game is much faster and a bit more strategic, too.
06:56The first player to reach a boss will immediately dive into an action-packed minigame.
07:04And the other players can join in the fun when they catch up.
07:08But getting their first isn't an instant win.
07:12There are other things to think about.
07:15On each map, you will find Mushroom Kingdom allies who are waiting to team up with you.
07:22These ally characters give you an extra dice roll.
07:27And, as they play minigames alongside you,
07:31any points they earn are added to your total.
07:34It is important to meet up with many allies as you play.
07:39There are other modes, too, like Coinathlon,
07:43where players race around the track by collecting coins while playing minigames.
07:49There are no dice here.
07:52It is all about your minigame skills.
07:55And in the mode Mario Shuffle, you must move three pieces to reach the opponent's side of the board.
08:02There are seven modes, so it is up to you and your friends how you party.
08:08Do not forget, the game is also compatible with the Super Mario series amiibo figures,
08:15including these seven figures that join the party soon.
08:18The blue amiibo even grows in the dark, so it can never hide in the shadows.
08:25They work differently in each mode, so try them all out and see for yourself.
08:31Of course, this is Mario Party, so it is packed with new minigames.
08:38There are a few ways to play together,
08:41including download play and local multiplayer for up to four players.
08:46And if you download the free software Mario Party Star Rush Party Guest from Nintendo eShop,
08:54you can enjoy four-player multiplayer without limitations,
09:00using only one version of the full game.
09:03You can also play some minigames in single-player mode.
09:08The Party Guest version will be available from game launch.
09:12Mario Party Star Rush and the new Boo, Wario, Rosalina and Donkey Kong amiibo will be released on October 7th.
09:23These other three new amiibo will be released on November 4th.
09:2930 years ago, The Legend of Zelda launched in Japan,
09:33introducing the world to the Hero Link, the Princess Zelda, and the villain Ganondorf.
09:40The game also introduces players to its items, enemies, dungeons, and tricky puzzles,
09:48which left you feeling so smart once you solve them.
09:52To mark the 30th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda,
09:57this winter we will release a special series of classic Zelda amiibo figures.
10:02These amiibo will work like other Link and Zelda amiibo.
10:07and they will also have special functionality in The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild when it releases next
10:15year.
10:16And if you are really in the mood to immerse yourself in all things Zelda,
10:22check for performances of The Legend of Zelda Symphony of the Goddesses,
10:28which continues to tour around Europe and the world.
10:31I am also happy to announce that the original version of The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword
10:39will be releasing today in Nintendo eShop on Wii U.
10:44In Japan, the first game in The Legend of Zelda series was created as a first title for the Famicom
10:52Disk System.
10:53Back then, it was surprising to see an action game with story and puzzles.
10:59I myself enjoyed staying up all night to play it.
11:05The Legend of Zelda is one of the 30 NES games included in the Nintendo Classic Mini Nintendo Entertainment System,
11:13which is coming to Europe on November 11th.
11:17As part of my job back when I was a salesperson,
11:21I fixed NES hardware day after day and needed to play games to check the systems were working.
11:28I played many of the included games at that time.
11:33It has been around 30 years since the Nintendo Entertainment System was launched in Europe.
11:40I hope playing these games will bring back lots of memories and help you make new ones.
