11:03I'm Tim Shaw. I'm the proud head coach at Chicago boys acrobatic team at the age of 13 years old
11:10I was blessed by God with an amazing opportunity to become a circus performer with Ringling Brothers Barnum Bailey Circus
11:15and it changed my life
11:17It made me a much better person and I thought that if being an acrobatic performer can make me better
11:23It can also make other young men better
11:25So I created this acrobatic team as a way to keep these young guys on the right track. They got
11:29to keep their grades together
11:30They got to listen to me and stay strong
