00:00Spain and Dominican Republic, many thanks to the President and the President for having received us,
00:08for having shared this interesting meeting in which we have been able to explain the reasons
00:16of our journey as the Government of the Isles Baleares.
00:20The main reason that we have moved throughout this week in the Dominican Republic
00:25and Dominican Republic is the meeting of the Colectivities of all Iberoamérica
00:30that will have place in the pleno of tomorrow, last morning, in Punta Cana,
00:38where we are going to participate.
00:40For two years, as it is usual, this pleno of the Colectivities had place in Pano,
00:46in Mallorca, in any country, and was exposed to the members of the Republic
00:53Dominicana in Punta Cana, where we are going to be able to expand the cultural,
00:59patrimonial, and historical, that unite us with all these descendants of fathers
01:06or fathers of the Isles Baleares that decided to make a trip and make a project of life
01:12in these lands, and with those who still do not unite these cultural and customs
01:17that are they the responsible for maintaining the rivers at miles of kilometers of distance
01:23and whose work we thank you very much.
01:27Then we also have taken advantage of the journey to participate this morning
01:32in the Forum for the Ascenaors of Women of Impact and be able to talk about our experience
01:39as a tourist destination, as the main tourist destination of Spain
01:44and one of the main tourist destinations in Europe.
01:48Our experience from the management of the tourist success,
01:52betting on sustainability, betting on regenerative tourism,
01:58and the people and the residents, the citizens of the tourist destination
02:03in the center of our strategy and our tourist management.
02:07A tourist management, I insist, that passes through the sustainability
02:11economic, social and ambiental,
02:14that passes through the balance between tourist and resident,
02:18that passes through the management of the exit
02:21and that passes through the future,
02:24thinking about the growth, not in volume,
02:28not in record numbers and arrival of tourists,
02:31but the growth in value,
02:33in this tourism capable of generating value in the destination,
02:38in the communities,
02:39and in what makes us unique
02:41in the rest of the competitors.
