TV presenter Vogue Williams says she is excited to be the grand marshal of the Dublin St Patrick's Day parade, which is expected to draw thousands of visitors to the streets of the Irish capital. Parades are being held in Dublin, Belfast, and Cork, while in Jessie Buckley’s native Killarney they are marking her Oscars win with a float dedicated to successful people from the Co Kerry town.
