The design and architecture of the cockpit landscape exhibit a consistently linear and horizontal orientation. An example of the high-quality feel of the T-Roc's interior is the top level of the instrument panel. It is finished in a new, softly padded, high-quality fabric that effectively reduces glare on the windshield.
The digital instruments ("Digital Cockpit" for "Trend" and "Life," "Digital Cockpit Pro" for "Style" and "R-Line"), the infotainment system's touchscreen, and the climate controls are all arranged on a single viewing plane. A windshield head-up display is available as an option. In its maximum configuration, this provides the driver with a trio of displays—digital instruments, infotainment display, and head-up display—on par with the Tiguan and Tayron.
Two USB-C ports and a storage compartment for a smartphone are located in front of the driving experience control switch. This compartment can be optionally equipped with inductive charging and an integrated cooling function. The inductive charging pad is one of many examples of perfection down to the smallest detail: The cooling channels of the rubberized, non-slip tray are visually arranged like the lanes of a miniature swimming pool.
