00:20Yet on the other hand, that degree of risk sharing that occurs in the livestock sector with the major supermarkets
00:29is completely absent from the arrangements that apply for fresh produce suppliers,
00:34many of which, of course, don't have the viable option of an export alternative.
00:41So water markets, a lot of the concerns we had made to us during our inquiry a number of years

00:47were about the imbalance of information, about insiders knowing when particular transfers were going to be enabled
00:55or knowing when particular allocation announcements were going to be made.
00:59and taking advantage of that in the market.
