00:09How do you wake up without a smile, in a world where everything is available but from your mindset?
00:32People dream, people envision, people imagine, it's humanity, it's human nature to imagine,
00:48to envision, to create perspectives, to believe in something, to trust something.
01:01To be weak, fragile and vulnerable, strong and powerful, brave and everything in between.
01:25But when do you actually imagine more than just what meets your ears?
01:41When do you imagine more than just what meets your eyes?
01:53And do you imagine more?
01:56Because the value of now is believing in more, dreaming big, imagining better.
02:11The world as we know it is one warehouse.
02:21I'm in this corner, you're in that corner, they're in that corner, he's in that corner, she's in that corner.
02:28The only time we meet is if I move from my corner to that corner or if she moves from
02:33that corner to this corner or if they move from that corner to that corner.
02:37But without moving, without mobility, everything else can happen.
02:53It's not that we're going back to where people use not to move.
03:00Is that we're going to a place where you dream of being unessential more than just being everywhere all the
03:12time.
03:14Where are you elevating your peers out of the mindsets, out of mediocrity, out of the challenges, out of doubt,
03:37out of fear.
03:41Because no matter how much the world changes, it won't change at once because it didn't change at once.
03:58It didn't become at once and it won't become at once, but it will become.
04:07The Roman Empire existed.
04:12That's why people dream big.
04:19The Roman Empire existed and then today we're only reading about it and it's Roman numerals.
04:25The walls are still standing somewhere, the walls of the Roman Empire, the invisible ones, the wave, the arenas, the
04:42gladiators.
04:47It's what creates the imagination around you in your head.
04:53The lost cities.
04:54The lost cities.
04:56The lost cities.
05:00They exist in your imagination.
05:07How do you imagine better for your business?
05:11Yeah?
05:13How do you create better for your business, for your people, for your environment?
05:22Because everything is another reason why you should be thinking differently.
05:29Every moment is another reason why you should be thinking differently.
05:32There are trillions of languages, the trillions of cultures, the trillions of mindsets.
05:51But how about you?
05:53How about your mindset?
05:58When do you protect what is yours?
06:07Sometimes I end up in positions where you have something that you feel alone, not because
06:19others don't have anything they feel alone, but because you decide to close up something
06:32in your closet beyond reach, because it's what can protect them, what can protect their
06:41mindset from ever derailing. Then when you show it to them, or when you show it back to
06:53yourself and bring it back to the table, you're like, what? For all these years? They didn't
07:01even think of it? Don't create a business and let it last for over that time without you
07:15thinking of how is it making profits? How is it making change around communities? How
07:22is it changing people's lives beyond me? An employer has people, they're changing. The
07:33clients have people, they're changing. Your brand has people, it is inspiring. But as you,
07:44how do you really mind more than what other people will have to look at? Privacy, there
07:55will be always time for public show-ups. Smile. Smile. But when you actually get a
08:20business, you're like, hey, this is business. You're either in or you're out. You can't
08:31go outside of the country without paying the dues, without money, no matter how much you want,
08:42no matter how deep your desires are, no matter how vast your powers are. Because there's no country
08:54that is going to receive you. There's no guarantor. So that means you have to work harder, you have to
09:05work
09:05beyond what everyone else thinks, to have a guarantor, someone who will always receive you. In life, in business, your
09:18business is always the one that will receive you. Nothing more. A woman can look at another man, your daughter
09:28will go away with another man, your son will go away with another woman. But your business will always be
09:35with you.
09:35The only time the only time it will let you go is if you're dead. So who are you? What
09:46are you? Who the hell do you think you can't be? Yeah? As you dream of how God created the
10:01elephant,
10:03and imagine the dinosaur skeletons around. Have you imagined you as you and everything humanity is doing to itself? What
10:20will be the repercussions of all those things? Yeah?
10:31So much thought regulation was everyone's problem. And here I realized everyone's problem is actually non-regulation. It's their mindset.
10:53mindset. Because if your mindset tells you to just like their taxes you have to pay, their bills you have
11:10to cater, their values you have to add up, then
11:17mindset. It doesn't even last long in your head. You don't give it time. It's for fun, yeah?
11:33mindset. We all have things for fun. Like pleasure. The story is pleasure. Serving the world with a better mindset.
11:50But how you prepare that mindset around other people, how you prepare that mindset around
11:56everything else, how you prepare that mindset around everything else is what makes you different. It's the value of now.
12:01Who are you? Who are the people around you? It doesn't make sense.
12:09It only doesn't make sense. If you don't pay attention to it. If you don't understand it. If you don't
12:16read it. If you don't listen to it. If you don't watch it. It will never make sense.
12:25It only doesn't make sense. If you don't deeply think of it. And imagine more. That's the only time it
12:38will never make sense. Because if it doesn't make sense. Why would it actually be even that real?
12:56To the beholder. To the beholder. People who have different things. People who have different ideologies of how life should
13:04be. But your business survives by your life. By your mindset. By your legacy.
13:14You've seen corporations. You've seen corporations. Multi-billion dollar functions. Institutions. Events. Businesses. Fail to ever happen again. To ever
13:29move again. To ever invest again.
13:33Not only because.
13:34Not because. They didn't have their structures. And because maybe the mindset. Of the people that stayed back. Weren't prepared.
13:47It.
13:48It was time where I wasn't prepared for it. Then I remembered. She prepared me for it. Oh. I'm talking
13:58about my mother.
14:03Not everyone.
14:04Not everyone loses one other tender age. And lives to be this old. Change happens differently.
14:12And when it happens. The world we lead. Leads us on. Wake up. Create something. It changes people's mindset.
14:29It lives on. It lives on. It's a legacy. It lives on. It's a legacy. I have to be crazy
14:36enough to think beyond the box. Think outside of the box. Outside of that locked. That locked. That locked. That
14:49landlocked mindset.
15:06What do people tell about your business? What's different about it? What's unique? What makes it have that price on
15:18it? Worse?
15:22What makes it have that price on it? As in what makes it? Be free. Make fun of yourself. Because
15:31it's the world we live. As you're free. Make fun of yourself. Everything else works out.
15:38It might not be necessarily as you wish. Or as everyone else wishes. But as you can probably handle the
15:46aftermath.
15:50If it's not an accident. If it's not somebody walking out of your life forever like dying. Then why worry
15:59about that?
16:03Build your business. Build your business. Build your business in a state of where it should never worry about who
16:09is walking away. As a client. But actually who is walking in always and ever again.
16:20Because who is walking away has their own reasons why they are walking away. Your task is to make sure
16:29you have satisfied them to the maximum. Yeah. Just like you live life to the point where you're like hey.
16:42I'm happy.
16:46I'm happy. Whether someone likes it or not. You're happy. Not because you have money. Not because you have everything.
16:54But you're happy. You have what others don't have. You have your mindset.
17:02While others are looking at all that you like. No. At least my mindset is different. My goals are different.
17:12My visions are different. My ways of implementation are different. My success is different.
17:20Because that's what makes the business thrive.
17:22Because that's what makes the business thrive. While others are populating. There should be many more of us. Another one
17:34is like. Why not family planning?
17:47Today there is a lot that is missing in between there. The world will always pull to this side and
17:55to that side. Because it's like a rope in everything. It's a rope in one dot.
18:06You're pulling this side. The other one is pulling that side. Your mother tells you this is right. Your father
18:14is like no. That's not how you put on that shirt. Your mother is like cool. This shirt looks good
18:22on you. Your father is like hey. Your shoes are dirty.
18:31Your mother is dirty. Your mother is dirty. Your mother is like your trousers actually look good on you. Your
18:35father is like I want to see you in a very good suit. And not jeans.
18:42You will always be confused. But it's a matter of choices. It's a matter of time. It's a matter of
18:47decision. When, where, how and why. Money is always there. But why?
18:56Because it wouldn't be there if it wasn't there. That's the essence of saving in the first place. That's the
19:05essence of investing in the first place. People invest differently.
19:12A school invest in the first place. A school invests in its pupils. Because one student brings another student. One
19:20parent invites another parent. One community invites another community. That's how institutions grow up. Through collaboration. Through working together.
19:37Today the world is all the contradictions around it. All the drama and craziness around it. All the comedy. That's
19:54what the world is. It's all contradicting.
19:57But in the contradictions that happen around it. It's where you, the wise one, should be picking a leaf. While
20:06you're seeing that it's all contradicting it's where you pick a leaf and you're like, hey, I can't be staying
20:14in that chaos when I have such a perspective, when I have such a mindset.
20:20I can't be in that mindset. I can't be in that mindset. I can't be in that drama when I
20:25can walk away from that mindset and actually just live happily on without even minding what will happen next.
20:38Because just like you open your eyes to a new morning.
20:46It's how you open your services to every new client. So widen your arms, spread them and fly. It's the
20:55value of business. It's the power of now.
20:59You spread your wings and fly. You associate with people. You represent. You show up. You make it work. That
21:11is business.
21:14No one is always going to tell you how to run your business because even the wife you marry only
21:25understands it if you're actually in the same line of work.
21:34Let's say you are a farmer. Let's say you are a farmer. Then you marry a wife who is a
21:42doctor. They will never like, you'll never have the same things to talk about.
21:49Your wife is very busy talking about surgery and all that. And you are very busy talking about how acres
21:59of what make what. So choices, decision making, like how do you really partner up and make it work.
22:09Your wife also creates changes around you. The association, the people around you. The circles you into. The people around
22:23me are always telling me about how Kasese is being bombed and how Karamoja is putting on clothes and how
22:32they should be changing.
22:38Whatever it is, whatever it is. There is a lot that they are not telling me. They are not telling
22:44me how sweet the honey is. They are testing every night. They are not telling me how good their wives
22:52are caressing them. They are not telling me how good their estates are. They are showing me the nasty images.
23:02If the world around you always shows you the nasty images. The nasty ones will never go away. The only
23:10way to clean a mindset is by cleaning it from scratch. Clean it from ever fighting. By giving it the
23:21better perspective. The harmonious one.
23:25The one that doesn't shout. The one that doesn't laugh. The one that doesn't laugh. The one that doesn't even
23:29mind about what is happening but actually cares about everything. Because that's the value of now.
23:41Businesses grow. Businesses grow. People change. What have you changed around the people? What have you changed in the people
23:51around you?
23:56Businesses grow.
23:57Commentary happens. But what are they commenting about?
24:03Businesses grow.
24:04Reactions happen. But what are they reacting about? Why?
24:11be better by doing better not by comparing always because comparison and competition
24:22is a two-way street you can't compete with your mother
24:29it will be the worst ever you will ever try to have tried ever
24:38neither can you compete with your father while they are alive
24:44when they are gone when they are dead the dead have nothing to do with us
24:52they're gone they're not here
25:00but it's we who are alive who actually have to carry on and move on
25:07and see that there is a difference there in our communities there is a difference there is a
25:11better perspective around us no matter how much we stammer they have to hear us no matter how much
25:21silent we are we have to be louder no matter how ugly we are we have to be more beautiful
25:31no matter how dark-skinned we are we have to be very very light-skinned
25:40no matter how deep we are i have to be on top
25:46that's how crazy is you do you the world does the rest
25:55you don't poke your nose where it doesn't belong it might bleed it's the value of now
