00:00I prepared these remarks and wanted to deliver the speech actually before the panel, but
00:05happy to deliver them now as well.
00:08So again, thank you so much to India today for inviting me to speak to all of you today
00:14here at the Conclave Conference.
00:16And as you know, my name is Laura Loomer, I'm an American journalist and a loyal ally
00:21to President Trump.
00:23I'm thrilled really to be here and to speak with you despite some criticism I received
00:28on stage about an urgent and pressing matter that has become even more relevant in the
00:33last two weeks.
00:34And we spoke about this during the panel, but I prepared this speech because really, you
00:40know, I didn't travel 30 hours, you know, just to have a discussion.
00:44I really want to leave these lasting remarks with you so that you understand me as a person
00:49and understand the fight that I'm in to eradicate this threat of Islamic terrorism from our planet
00:55and more specifically how the Trump administration is working to combat Islamic terrorism in the
01:01United States and abroad.
01:04I've had the privilege of watching President Trump in person working tirelessly on the
01:09front lines to bolster America's foreign policy and national security.
01:13I've seen firsthand how he cuts through the bureaucracy and demands results and builds alliances around
01:19the world that deliver victories.
01:21And today I'm honored to address you here in India, a nation that President Trump himself
01:26has admired for its resilience and strategic importance to deliver a message straight from
01:32the heart of the administration, and that, of course, is death to Islamic terrorism, the
01:36Trump approach.
01:38Let's be clear.
01:39Islamic terrorism is not just a threat.
01:42It truly is a cancer that has metastasized across the globe fueled by an Islamic ideology that
01:48respects no borders, no lives, and no civilizations.
01:52In India, you especially have borne the brunt of this evil for far too long.
01:57Hindus have been systematically targeted and murdered by Muslim terrorists driven by their
02:02jihadist fervor from the medieval invasions that raised temples and slaughtered innocents to
02:08the blood-soaked partition of 1947 where millions of Hindus perished in religiously motivated massacres.
02:15Even in recent times, the horror continues.
02:18We see this in the 2008 Mumbai attacks by Pakistani-based Lushkar Itaibah that killed 166, including
02:27Hindus at prayer, the Pulwama bombing in 2019 that claimed the lives of 40 Indian security
02:34personnel, and just last year, in 2025, the renewed assaults in Kashmir where Jaish Muhammad militants
02:42murdered a dozen of Hindu pilgrims in a brazen ambush.
02:47And most recently here in New Delhi, on November 10, 2025, a car exploded near the Red Fort, killing
02:54at least 15 innocent people and injuring more than 20 others.
02:59According to the Delhi police, the explosion was a suicide bombing by Pakistani terrorists
03:05and yet another reminder that the biggest export out of Pakistan is Islamic terrorism,
03:10not textiles like they would like you to believe.
03:13These are not anomalies.
03:15They're a grim reality of a barbaric third world ideology that has claimed countless American
03:20and Indian lives, displacing communities and sowing division all around the world wherever
03:26Islamic terror spreads.
03:28But India does not stand alone.
03:30The United States under President Donald Trump recognizes this shared enemy, as does Israel,
03:35our unbreakable ally in the Middle East.
03:38We've all suffered together.
03:41America suffered on 9-11 when Al-Qaeda Islamic terrorists murdered nearly 3,000 Americans.
03:46And Israel daily faces the threat of Islamic terrorists with rockets from Hamas and Hezbollah.
03:53And, of course, how can we forget the October 7, 2023 massacre, which is still fresh in memory,
03:59where over 1,200 innocent people were slaughtered in the name of Islamic Jihad.
04:04We just saw Prime Minister Modi travel to Israel, where he met with Prime Minister Netanyahu and
04:10condemned the October 7 Islamic terror attacks and vowed, as Prime Minister of India, to stand
04:17with the Israeli people in the fight against Islamic terrorism.
04:21These attacks that we see in the United States—we just had three Islamic terrorists on Thursday
04:26of this week alone in the United States—these attacks are linked by the same poisonous thread—Iranian
04:34funding, Pakistani safe havens, and a global network of Islamists who target Hindus, Jews,
04:41Christians, and freedom-loving people everywhere around the world.
04:44Everybody is a target to Islamic terrorists.
04:49President Trump, who I've spoken to about these matters, has a no-nonsense approach.
04:55Hit the terrorists hard, hit them first, and build coalitions that choke off their lifelines.
05:01In his first term, President Trump obliterated ISIS caliphate.
05:05He authorized the raid that killed ISIS leader al-Baghdadi.
05:08And he took out Qasem Soleimani, the Iranian general and the inventor of the roadside bomb,
05:14who has orchestrated terrorism against us all.
05:17Now, in his second term, as we can currently see now with the strikes in Iran, President
05:23Trump has escalated with precision and even more resolve.
05:27Most recently, with Operation Midnight Hammer, are 2025 strikes that dismantled key Iranian
05:33nuclear and terrorism facilities, and Operation Epic Fury earlier this year, which neutralized
05:40the Ayatollah in Iran and crippled the Iranian regime's ability to continue exporting jihad.
05:47And the world witnessed President Trump's commitment to eradicating Islamic terrorism even more when
05:53he ordered airstrikes on ISIS terrorists in Nigeria who were persecuting Christians.
05:59This morning, President Trump took to Truth Social to announce that he authorized the bombing
06:03of every single military target in Iran's crown jewel, Karg Island, and he vowed to continue
06:09bombing Iran unless the terrorist leaders in Iran laid down their arms and stopped threatening
06:15the world.
06:15You see, President Trump is not just fighting for the interests of the American people, he's
06:20fighting to protect all people of the world, all around the world, from this threat of
06:24Islamic terrorism.
06:26And when I spoke to him this morning, he reassured me that he's even more committed than ever
06:31before in combating this threat of global Islamic terrorism.
06:35During his second term, President Trump also ramped up drone campaigns against ISIS remnants
06:40in Syria and Africa, imposing crippling sanctions on terror sponsors.
06:46And we've seen with the Trump administration under President Trump, Marco Rubio at the State
06:51Department, and Scott Besant at the United States Treasury, that they have issued crippling
06:56sanctions on these terror sponsors.
06:58And they've even designated more radical Islamic groups, like elements within the Muslim Brotherhood,
07:03terrorist organizations that have since had their funding streams cut dry by the Trump
07:09administration.
07:11This isn't a bluster, instead it's a strategy.
07:14And it's central to the ironclad alliance between the United States, India, and Israel,
07:20a trifecta of power that President Trump himself has personally championed.
07:25I have advised President Trump and other members of his cabinet on the importance of deporting
07:30Islamic immigrants from America.
07:31And I can confidently say that President Trump is committed to protecting religious liberties
07:36for Americans who have been targeted by Islamists and protecting the religious liberties of
07:40all freedom-loving people around the world, who have found themselves persecuted by a people
07:46who follow an ideology that doesn't understand the importance and the meaning of what it truly
07:52means to coexist.
07:55This is a threat to Hindus in India, the most populated country in the world.
08:00They're forced to deal with this threat and this reality of Islamic Jihad on a daily basis,
08:04as India is inhabited by over 204 Muslims out of India's population of 1.4 billion people.
08:13So not only is President Trump countering terrorism, but he's also committed to combating Chinese
08:18aggression, which can be seen through the alliance between the Quad Nations of India, the United States,
08:25Japan, and Australia, who participate in joint exercise in Malabar 2025, where US and Indian
08:32forces simulated counter-terror ops so they could work together more strategically to combat future
08:37acts of Islamic terrorism around the world.
08:41The U.S.-India Comprehensive Global and Strategic Partnership, upgraded under President Trump, now
08:46includes real-time intelligence between these countries that thwarted two different Islamic
08:51terror plots against Delhi and Tel Aviv in the last year alone.
08:56The alliance between the United States, India, and Israel is truly the best trifecta.
09:03Israel brings its cutting-edge technology.
09:06Just think about the Iron Dome technology and the adaptations it has for borders and the cyber
09:11tools that we've integrated with the help of Israel to hack terrorist communications to
09:16make our world a safer place.
09:18Prime Minister Modi's bold moves, like the abrogation of Article 370 to secure Kashmir,
09:24align perfectly with President Trump's vision.
09:26And I've seen President Trump praise Modi as a tough fighter against terrorism.
09:31And again, as a reminder, during my conversation with the President right before I gave my speech
09:35today on the phone, he once again doubled down and said that Modi is a true friend, a great
09:40friend, and somebody who he greatly respects.
09:44Without this strong alliance between the United States and Israel and India, we would be impotent.
09:51We would be reactive, we would be divided, and we would be watching Islamic terrorists regroup
09:57in Afghanistan's Taliban Afghanistan havens or Iran's proxy armies.
10:03Past administrations' weakness allowed ISIS to rise.
10:07We saw under the Obama administration, ISIS is now present in all 50 states in the United States of America.
10:15We saw the way that Barack Hussein Obama allowed for Iran to flourish, delivering them pallets of cash,
10:22caving to their ransom demands.
10:26We are not supposed to negotiate with terrorists.
10:30President Trump's approach rejects all of that.
10:33We impose maximum pressure, economic isolation, military dominance, and diplomatic isolation
10:39of enablers of Islamic terrorism like Pakistan.
10:43Just last week, a Pakistani man named Asif Merchant with ties to Iran was found guilty of plotting
10:50to assassinate President Trump at the request of Iran.
10:53Additionally, the world watched in horror two weeks ago as Pakistani terrorists stormed the
10:59U.S. consulates in Pakistan with guns in an effort to murder the American diplomats following
11:05the U.S. drone strike on the supreme leader of Iran.
11:09Together, our nations form a strategic bulwark.
11:13America's global reach, India's demographic and economic might, Israel's innovation in asymmetrical
11:20warfare and ensuring these Islamic terrorists face coordinated, overwhelming force and opposition.
11:27I truly believe that this is our biggest fight ahead as Americans, as Indians, and as Israelis.
11:35The threat of Islamic terrorism and our preservation as non-Muslims and our preservation as freedom-loving
11:43people will truly depend on the strength of our alliances between these three countries
11:48to combat this threat of Islamic terrorism.
11:52Without the strong leadership of President Trump, Narendra Modi, and Bibi Netanyahu, I truly
11:57believe that the world would be more susceptible to Islamic militants who want to kill in the
12:02name of Islam.
12:03And I'm here today and I travel the country and I do the work that I do because I am
12:08committed
12:08to helping make sure that that doesn't happen.
12:11And being here today in India, and I again want to thank India today for inviting me here,
12:18has allowed me to further spread my message with the great nation of India and the amazing
12:22people of India so that they can better understand why I make the comments that I make, why I say
12:27the things that I say, and why I'm so passionate about this threat of Islamic terrorism.
12:32To my Indian friends, as one of President Trump's most outspoken loyalists, I urge you, embrace
12:39this partnership between the United States, Israel, and India fully.
12:44Your Hindu heritage, scarred by centuries of Islamic aggression, demands it.
12:50Honor the victims, the murdered Hindus in Kashmir, the fallen in Mumbai, and all future victims
12:56of Islamic terrorism by standing with President Trump and the American people to eradicate
13:02our mutual enemy, the threat of Islamic terror.
13:05In President Trump's words, which I've heard him say many times, together we will win bigly.
13:12Death to Islamic terrorism and long live the U.S.-India-Israel alliance.
13:17God bless America, am Israel high, and jai Hind.
