00:01He said to him, no, Moses asked God, who do I say sent me? And he said to him, I
00:08am, just say to them, I am sent you. And then he said, who do you say sent me? He
00:13said, just say I am who I am, you know? And then Moses himself, he says, I am sent me.
00:19So the I am, before Abraham was, I am, you say, if Jesus, peace be upon him, said before Abraham
00:24was, there is God, you know, God, I am means God because it's I am who sent Moses to the
00:30Israelites and it's mentioned in the Bible and we've given you the verse.
00:33That's perfect. Even though from the context, it would make sense, from the context of chapter 8, it would make
00:41sense because, in fact, Christians turned before Abraham was, I am into divinity.
00:50But if you read the entire chapter 8, there are, I think, 59 verses, maybe 60, 61, but I'm fairly
00:58sure maybe 59 is the last one.
01:0059 verses, if you start from verse 1 up to 59, as I did before I, you know, before I
01:06decided to make a video about this topic, it does not discuss the divinity of Jesus at all.
01:12So why would someone understand from before Abraham was, I am, Jesus is God, when the entire chapter does not
01:18discuss the divinity of Jesus.
01:22In fact, we know that the Jews were awaiting a Messiah and a prophet.
01:31And when Allah, when God sent Jesus, they did not believe he was that Messiah and they did not believe
01:40he was that prophet.
01:41And this is what they refute. They still do it today. You all know so.
01:45So this is what they refute. This is exactly what the chapter is talking about.
01:51It's not talking about his divinity. They just don't accept him as a prophet and a Messiah.
02:01So this is the thing. If it's not talking about, maybe I said one possibility is that I am is
02:06God and that is substantiated in the Bible, in the Old Testament.
02:09And when God sent Moses to the Israelites in Egypt.
