Man's risky attempt to clear a drain as floodwaters surge during Storm Bram

Some people believe that good intentions alone are enough to change the world, or at least their hometown, and one such man is featured in this video.

"Here’s the view of Storm Bram from my bedroom window," the filmer, Lucy, told WooGlobe. "This madman was trying to clear a drain."

The man is seen standing in knee-deep floodwater without any support. He clearly believes what he is doing is a good idea, while waves from Storm Bram repeatedly suggest that he should walk away.
