00:20Are you really afraid that EI will do your job in the next years?
00:26No.
00:28No, I'm very confident in my craft and my abilities as an actor.
00:31And I think the work ethic that I bring to any kind of production,
00:36you can't recreate that through something that's not human.

00:43Yeah.
00:44And in this movie, you literally have driving lessons with Ethan Hunt, Tom Cruise.
00:52How was it?
00:52I worked with Wade Eastwood, who was our stunt coordinator, for five months before we began filming.
00:59And that was a very comprehensive training program with experts at the top of their field in the world.
01:08So that involved drifting, unarmed combat, stunt and fight choreography, knives, guns.
01:15And what we were looking for is where my natural strengths lay, but also getting up to a level of
01:20competence where I was able to then do those things alongside Tom on in real locations that, of course, were
01:27much more, you know, much more kind of high stakes than just on a set or on a race course.
01:34So I think by the time that we got to Rome, there was an understanding that so much of preparation
01:39had gone into what we were doing,
01:42that we could try it many, many times from different angles and add different kind of performance elements to it.
01:49We could be free and playful with it because we have how disciplined we had been in the training.
01:53You are a thief in this movie, so you literally move your hands like a magician and you also speak
01:59Italian.
02:00What was more difficult, speaking Italian or moving your hands like that?
02:03Well, I only say the word pervertito in Italian, so I have one word to say and that's pervert.
02:08But that wasn't hard for me to learn.
02:11The sleight of hand tricks in comparison took a bit more time just because there was more of them.
02:17But we worked with a fantastic person who taught us the basics and the foundational work.
02:24and then we were able to come up with, you know, different ideas of how to pickpocket and putpocket
02:31and disguise the key behind my hand as I was holding my hands up.
02:36Lots of kind of fun ways that we can show how playful she is with those tricks.
02:40We speak about greater good, good and evil.
02:43After working on this movie, do you believe that humanity is still worth saving?
02:48Yes, absolutely, of course, absolutely, without question.
02:52You know, what's so beautiful about this movie is that it's life-affirming.
02:55It is about triumph over adversity, it's about the power of the human spirit and the power of
03:00teams coming together in self-sacrifice for the greater good.
03:04That's the ultimate message of these movies.
03:08And, you know, audiences, we have to care about the characters in order to follow the story.
03:13And so we've got to care about humanity in order to want to save it.
