00:00Everyone is dealing with a world without Cap.
00:14Hi, first of all, how painful was seeing Cap's shield in a museum?
00:26Without getting into spoilers, Cap's shield is sort of like the it's like the object of all the conflicts going
00:35on in the series and meaning on the bigger level from the villains to the characters, but just the regular
00:42citizens.
00:43Everyone is dealing with a world without Cap.
00:45We see at the beginning of this TV show that Falcon isn't ready to be Cap, Winter Soldier is making
00:54amends, and they both ask themselves, what does it make a real hero?
01:00So I'm asking you, what makes a real hero?
01:04Well, one of the things we want to do with this series was position these characters so that they could
01:11be heroes for this new world.
01:12You know what I'm saying? Like everyone's been through so much. There's so much technology.
01:17There's a pandemic. There's a bunch of million things that have just changed the planet.
01:21And we wanted these characters to have time to live and breathe so that the fans could see, oh, just
01:29as regular people, they're dealing with the same stuff as us.
01:33And I think for heroes moving forward, at least for these two heroes, what we're very proud of is that's
01:40what makes them heroes.
01:41The fans get to see. It's not the big stuff they do.
01:44It's all those scenes that you already started to see in the first episode where they're regular people and they're
01:50struggling as regular people.
01:51Action scenes are really good in this TV show.
01:55But I want to ask you, are we going to cry? Because with VandaVision, we cried so much.
02:01So are we going to cry too?
02:05It's a very emotional series. Yes.
02:08And the characters are taken to some very painful places.
02:14So, yes, I think, you know, I think you guys will definitely shed a tear if you care about them.
02:20Are we going to care about them even more?
02:23Because with VandaVision now, I feel that Vanda and Vision are my favorite characters because we know so much about
02:31them.
02:32Are we going to explore at the same level also Falcon and Bucky?
02:40Absolutely.
02:40I think you'll see from the first episode and it feels like the reviewers are really digging it that plenty.
02:48These characters have a personal life and the personal life isn't just scenes with them in their personal life.
02:53It's a personal story, not just a hero story.
02:57It's a personal story for them.
02:58And they have struggles that we set up for them to overcome separately from the plot.
03:03So, yeah, we're going to spend a lot of time at home with these characters and we're going to and
03:08they're going to deal with we use the format of six hours to really put them in very emotional situations.
03:17Now, every time that we will see in the background another guy, we will see say, oh, my God, it's
03:25kept.
03:25Oh, no, are we there will be Easter eggs as in VandaVision?
03:32Well, I believe almost everything Marvel does has Easter eggs and everything fits into this big, giant puzzle that's getting
03:42bigger and bigger each day.
03:44And we're a part of all that.
03:46The Marvel Universe is a is a living organism and we fit in the same way as all the other
03:52stuff does.
03:53You know, we have our own identity, but all of it has to have that magic because they, you know,
03:59they know the fans and they know the fans want it.
04:02Okay, thank you so much.
04:03Bye.
04:04You're welcome.
04:12You're welcome.
