Transcript
00:00Knowing that you guys were filming in Australia during the summer, filming Christmas, how kind of surreal, how weird is
00:08that scenario for you guys?
00:09I mean, you know, once when you got to get to work, you got to get to work.
00:14You just have to lock in and start to use those those imagination muscles.
00:18But I think maybe perhaps we use them more on this film than other times in our career.
00:23I remember shooting a scene right when we're all running out of the building and we're running.
00:30Lakeith's character is running a girl who's running across the street.
00:32We're all running down to the subway to get in the subway because we're like, oh, no, they moved.
00:36All I remember is the tree above us was filled with enormous bats, big, enormous, like three foot.
00:47Those are all over the whole crew.
00:49All the Australians are just working.
00:51All the Americans are going, look at this, what is that?
00:54Did you get that video?
00:55And we're all recording.
00:56It was amazing.
00:56I'm like, OK, I got to lock in and concentrate.
00:58But it was clearly summertime.
01:01And I thought that the set decoration was they did a great job making it look kind of cold and
01:06frigid.
01:06Yeah.
01:06This is a little bit more towards the animal thing.
01:09You can cut me off.
01:09But there's a bird there also that recognizes human faces.
01:13And my neighbor had a little kid that threw, like a three-year-old, that threw rocks at the birds.
01:19And the birds attacked him every single day.
01:22The birds would come for the kid.
01:24They were vengeful birds.
01:26And they were all attacking this little guy.
01:27Was it those bin chickens?
01:28Yeah.
01:29With the ibisys?
01:30Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:31Amazing.
01:32Amazing.
01:32They had a lot of rage.
01:33They had a lot of rage.
