00:01This first shot is the establisher of the FOB, the Forward Operating Base.
00:05As you can see from this original plate, there's a fairly large set, set against a nice Vancouver background,
00:11which we transformed into a desert background with a full army base down below.
00:16And you can see here that all of the ground has been replaced.
00:19And in fact, the only thing that's real in this frame is the body of the chopper
00:23because we had to replace the rotor blades as well when we did the composite.
00:28This was for the scene where the A-Team drives the truck into the Tigris River.
00:32Again, you can see here that there's very little background that was actually usable.
00:36And you can see how we separated the truck from the background by rotoscoping each detail on the truck.
00:45And once it was isolated, you can see how we added the background as a 3D map painting,
00:50created the wall and the surroundings, including the container.
00:53And there you can see the digital double of Hannibal.
00:54and then laying back in what we could of the background,
00:57and all the small elements that make the actual impact realistic.
