04:00The Bills are just, again, chasing an answer at that position and having to pay, whether
04:07it's a lot or a real lot, to a veteran, probably on the downside of each of their respective
04:13careers in that attempt.
04:16So, ideally, you'd be able to draft somebody who's better and they're here for longer and
04:21cost less.
04:22That's what they're always trying to do.
04:23And that has been hard for them.
04:27Yeah, I mean, the guy that they've been the best at with that lately has been Greg Rousseau.
04:33But, you know, Greg Rousseau isn't, you know, he's not a Max Crosby, of course.

04:40But overall, I think you're wanting more in those departments from Greg Rousseau.
04:43So, AJ Epinesa, a guy that they drafted, had some nice numbers at times, had some plays

04:48But, you know, you want more a little bit there.
04:50And then now he's going to, he's a free agent now as well, by the way.
04:52And Greg Rousseau is a fine player.
04:53He got, you know, he earned a contract extension.

04:57But they've taken these swings that really guys who can get after the quarterback, guys
05:01who can put the passer down.
05:04That's what they've wanted to do here.
05:05And that's why you've seen Von Miller.
05:07That's why you've seen Joey Bosa.
05:08And honestly, you know, Bradley Chubb is just in the line of that.
05:10He's not making the same money as those guys, but it feels like that, which is, hey, we
05:14haven't been able to draft and develop that position the way we've wanted to.
05:17So, we've had to go out and pay a little bit more maybe than, you know, we'd want to in
05:22a different situation to bring in a guy like that.
05:24And you hope that that's Bradley Chubb.
05:26I'm always just really now in a mindset of wondering how these things change with Jim
05:32Leonard as the coach and with the new scheme.
05:34Because, you know, we've just been so used to Sean McDermott's scheme and then just put
05:38this guy here and you know what he's going to do.
05:40I'm just super curious how they use a lot of these guys.
05:42And that's the next kind of challenge and intrigue for me moving forward.
05:47And I think that sort of dovetails right into why if fans are, I mean, look, you have to
05:54give the speech every year at this time.

07:33And that doesn't even include the guys who've already left, which is, you know, Cam Lewis,
07:37Darnell Savage, so a couple of them.
07:38So you're really talking about, you know, a turnover of maybe 14 players here that were
07:42on the roster that won't be on the roster again next year.
07:45On the offensive side, that is not the case.
07:46I mean, they have signed, they have traded for DJ Moore and they have signed Kyle Allen.
07:51Otherwise they brought back Alec Anderson.
07:53They brought back today, Ryan Vandermark.
07:55The only two unrestricted free agents on the roster as of today are Brandon Cooks and Gabe

08:04So the offensive side is very much intact and they have the offensive coordinator now being

08:09The defensive side, this is where it's been trending for months now, which is, look, they

08:18going to get turned over.
08:20You and I talked at the time of the DJ Moore trade and I brought up drafting a wide receiver
08:25with the first round pick now that you've made this move with your second.
