00:00What do you want most people to leave here tonight knowing about Circle?
00:04I would say a couple of things.
00:05I think the first is that we're still in the very early days of this technology.
00:10And while the aggregate numbers sound really big, there's, you know, trillions of dollars of transactions and all this stuff.
00:17We're really, really in the early days.
00:19And if you think about what Circle's trying to do, we are really, we're not just our stablecoin network.
00:25We are, we're building a whole set of infrastructure, operating system infrastructure, platforms for developers, these monetary systems and utilities
00:35to use all of this.
00:37And our view is that over the next 10 years, there are going to be, just like we've had internet
00:43platform companies that came up for, say, communications or for digital media or for selling products and services or for
00:51mobile handsets and other things.
00:53We believe that over the next 10 years, there are going to be very significant internet financial platform companies that
01:00are major utilities for the way the financial and economic system work.
01:04And we hope to be one of those.
01:06We're working on that.
01:06When I started the company, I told the early employees and the early board members and investors, this is like
01:13a 10 to 20 year thing to accomplish what we think we can accomplish.
01:16And now when I look at where we are, where I look at, where I kind of see the progression
01:20of this technology and the future impact.
01:23And I'm like, there's another 10 to 20 years here.
01:26So I'm trying to build a very long lasting institution.
01:29And I think it can be fundamental to changing not just the financial system, but the way the broader economic
01:35system works.
