00:00Our next guest made the ultimate sacrifice.
00:02He skipped trick-or-treating to be here tonight.
00:05You know him from the multi-award winning movie Room.
00:07His latest thriller, Shut In, opens November 11th.
00:10Please welcome Jacob Tremblay.
00:33You look good. Wow, look at you. Have you ever even seen Top Gun?
00:39Yes, I did.
00:40You did? When did you see it?
00:42Well, my parents loved, you know, my parents loved 80 movies because they're old.
00:50From the 80s.
00:51How old are your parents? Do you know?
00:54I think my dad's 39.
00:57Oh, my God, that's so old.
00:59I know, right?
01:00Yeah, it's ridiculous.
01:02And then my mom's like...
01:03Cherish them, you won't have them long.
01:05Really?
01:08Wow.
01:11How old do you think I am?
01:15What would you guess?
01:17Uh, 40?
01:19Thanks. Yeah, that's right.
01:20Really?
01:22Well done.
01:25By the way, you were dressed as not just as Tom Cruise and Top Gun,
01:28but you were dressed as Marty McFly also, which is pretty awesome.
01:34You love the 80s, I guess, huh?
01:37Yeah, I do because my parents showed me lots of stuff from the 80s.
01:40I told you that earlier.
01:41Yeah, I heard you.
01:42Yeah, I'm old.
01:43I'm, you know, I'm close to death.
01:44I told you that earlier also.
01:47So I forget things sometimes.
01:48What's your name?
01:54Maverick is your name.
01:55That's right, Maverick.
