मध्य पूर्व में बढ़ते तनाव के बीच ईरान ने अमेरिका और Donald Trump को लेकर बेहद तीखा बयान दिया है। ईरान के विदेश मंत्री Abbas Araghchi ने साफ कहा है कि ईरान “जब तक ज़रूरत होगी, तब तक लड़ाई जारी रखेगा।” उन्होंने यह भी संकेत दिया कि फिलहाल वॉशिंगटन के साथ किसी तरह की बातचीत की संभावना नहीं है।इसी बीच ईरान के वरिष्ठ सुरक्षा अधिकारी Ali Larijani ने ट्रंप को कड़ी चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि उनकी धमकियाँ “खोखली” हैं और ईरानी जनता उनसे डरने वाली नहीं है। लारिजानी ने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा, “तुमसे कहीं बड़े लोग भी ईरानी राष्ट्र को खत्म नहीं कर सके… सावधान रहो, कहीं तुम ही खत्म न कर दिए जाओ।”यह बयान ऐसे समय आया है जब ईरान ने अमेरिका के सहयोगी खाड़ी देशों के खिलाफ हमलों की नई लहर शुरू की है। वहीं ट्रंप ने दावा किया था कि यह संघर्ष जल्द खत्म हो सकता है।लेकिन तेहरान के ताजा बयानों से साफ संकेत मिल रहे हैं कि टकराव अभी लंबा चल सकता है। मध्य पूर्व में बढ़ती सैन्य गतिविधियों और तीखी बयानबाज़ी ने वैश्विक बाजारों और तेल की कीमतों पर भी असर डाला है।
