00:00Is this the most blatant copy in gaming history? You all know how Palworld got sued by Nintendo
00:04because the game was kinda inspired by the original Pokemon games. Well, this new creature
00:09collector goes one step further and looks very close to a combined mix of Pokemon and Palworld.
00:14Here is the full story. This one is called Pikmon, and at first glance, it looks like a massive
00:18open-world survival game where you explore a huge continent, build factories, farm food,
00:23and capture mysterious creatures called Pikmon to fight and work for you. If you look a bit closer
00:27though, you will notice the monster design is very close to some of the most famous
00:31Pokemons like Charizard, Pikachu, or Lucario. But it doesn't stop at that point. The main
00:36character is literally Link from Breath of the Wild, and some of the other monsters look like
00:40creatures from Palworld alongside the familiar survival gameplay from that game. To distinguish
00:44oneself from said titles, apparently the only new mechanic is that you are not throwing Pokeballs
00:49when you capture a monster, but instead throw cards at them. So, what do you think? Is Pikmon
00:54the next big creature collector or the next gaming lawsuit waiting to happen?
