The CUPRA Born features backlit touch sliders below the 12.9-inch infotainment display, allowing for convenient operation of volume and interior temperature in the dark. The new 10.25-inch Virtual Cockpit (previously 5.3 inches) also offers an even more immersive display, presenting key information to the driver with greater clarity. The redesigned lighting controls further enhance usability, enabling simpler and more intuitive operation of the exterior lighting.
Interaction between the driver and the vehicle primarily occurs via the redesigned steering wheel with physical controls. The switch to physical controls improves precision and responsiveness, allowing for easier and smoother operation of key functions. The steering wheel features satellite buttons for selecting driving modes and regenerative shift paddles (for the 170 kW and 240 kW engines).
