00:37We are in a new world, a more unpredictable world, a more dangerous world.
00:44And for a union that operates very well on predictability and on certainty,
00:51the last months have been difficult, to put it mildly.
00:56In this new world we no longer have the luxury of time to take decisions in the way we have

01:05and expect the world to understand.
01:08We need to start to see the world as it is, rather than how we wish it to be.
01:15meaning that where decisions need to be taken faster, we need to take them faster.
01:20And where a decisive stance or action is required, we need to take it without hesitation.
