00:05Have you been around the world lately?
00:13There is magic in all the AI. Have you heard about that?
00:21Probably yes.
00:23Oh, it's doing a lot.
00:25I mean, in its sense of doing that a lot, you have to talk about something.
00:32Hold this all for a new issue.
00:34I don't know if you and your friends have time to really understand how most of the things we love
00:47actually come about the life we live.
00:55It actually manifests.
00:58Only because we understand what others don't.
01:15The other night I was thinking of how a kingdom can create a beer and then it's only served for
01:27their wedding.
01:30And then it's not on the market anymore.
01:33You can't buy it from anywhere.
01:34It was exclusive.
01:37That was creativity.
01:40That was amazing.
01:44I mean, you don't always get people to be amazed.
01:51Something so exclusive.
01:57Hard to listen.
02:03Because it's through listening that we actually understand everything around us.
02:13The ears listen differently.
02:16Your nose listens to different smells.
02:19Your tongue listens to different tastes.
02:22Your eyes listen to different light shades and colors.
02:33And your skin listens to different heat temperatures around you, including the one inside your body.
02:43But there is something called solopreneurship.
02:49Probably hard about that.
02:55So, as we're moving on from what everyone would think has been an era of so much drama, so much
03:12commentary.
03:12People trying to understand how the internet works.
03:17The tech companies trying to see how to dominate the economies and all that.
03:27The economy is looking at how the dominance in revenue is also scaling up and things like that.
03:34But there is one small thing that people always forget.
03:40Because as we're structuring, as we're saying companies should be well-structured, organizations should be well-structured, institutions should be
03:51well-structured.
03:56There is institutionship, that is solopreneurship, where the structure only looks at the boss.
04:07The boss for boss talk.
04:13So, many systems that have become of age are actually being challenged by that.
04:27They expect delegation all the time.
04:31They expect supervision.
04:34They expect managerial.
04:38They expect all that.
04:41But it's a dot com world and solopreneurship is trending, it's thriving, it's taking shape totally different.
04:58Because if you can afford it, then you can provide a service.
05:05And if you can provide a service, then you'll have the audience.
05:10The audience gives you the returns and the economy thrives.
05:19So, it's all about doing the math, doing the algorithm around you, the matrix.
05:26Solving the hard equations with the simplest mathematics around you.
05:36Brands are popping up every time now and then.
05:42Universities have never stopped releasing graduates.
05:47The planet isn't getting bigger.
05:54The resources aren't as fast as humanity is expanding.
06:09Because the more humanity expands, that means sudden things are going extinct.
06:17If not there, if not being protected.
06:22People just walk in and clear the forests.
06:27They don't know what is inside the forests.
06:30What types of trees, what types of nature, what types of biochemistry that happens around there.
06:42And nobody cares, you know.
06:47Nobody wonders.
06:57People are clearing swamps in broader light.
07:01Nobody wonders.
07:04Nobody cares.
07:06Nobody minds.
07:08Nobody minds.
07:08And then when it floods, the economy also floods.
07:20Because property gets destroyed when it floods.
07:25People get internally displaced when it floods.
07:32Trust, blast, blast, blast.
07:35So, sometimes it's all about understanding.
07:41Building.
07:42Building the now and the then is all your mindset.
07:52Without distractions.
07:57Without being pushed, you know.
08:04Every boat has an engine.
08:08Each engine has a type and a horsepower.
08:14That's why, depending on your area of environment, you get to find people flying on canoes.
08:27Others soaring on speed boards.
08:30Others soaring on yachts.
08:33Others soaring on whatever kind of boat that can move them around the waters.
08:41But what exactly are you really into when it comes to business?
08:47Because that's how business should be.
08:51Every boat is a different business.
08:54Every business is a different boat.
08:58What engine is powering your boat to keep it afloat?
09:04The ocean, the lake, the sea, the river, the man-made lake, whatever it is, man-made, whatever your business
09:16is thriving from.
09:18Others love it on the streets.
09:21While the climate activists and humanitarians are trying so much to say,
09:28okay, it's okay to be on the streets, but there is pollution.
09:33The way you hate a cigarette smoker is the way that the car is damaging your sister's lungs, your brother's
09:44lungs, and everything in between.
09:49And that's a soulpreneurship-like kind of awareness you need as you, not everyone else.
10:01It starts with you.
10:05I can talk about it.
10:11But you are the one who implements it.
10:15You are the one who makes it work.
10:23We've been there.
10:25We've been to places where our mindsets feel like a jungle of roses growing through suns.
10:34The AI is here.
10:36It's helping businesses thrive.
10:38Have you tried it?
10:40Have you enjoyed the power of internet?
10:45Have you enjoyed the power of digitalization?
10:47The power of creating a digital presence around your business?
10:51Have you enjoyed that?
10:53Because that's the value of now.
10:55That's the value of building then with now.
11:03Have you really thought again?
11:07What is really relevant today?
11:12If schools are teaching digitally, if supermarkets are doing deliveries, how are you upgrading your life?
11:26Yes, you earn that much.
11:29You save that much on your account.
11:33You spend that much.
11:35You're that luxurious.
11:37You're that lavish.
11:40You're that flamboyant.
11:45You're that glam.
11:48But how have you really, really thought again of your business?
11:56Will it always be you on the front talking to your customers with the assistance of the AI?
12:10Or will you let someone else always do that for you?
12:17Will you hire an agency to do that for you, to keep you secure, to keep your assets secure, the
12:25digital assets?
12:25Or will you always forget and stay reluctant when multi-million dollar corporations are actually securing their contents, their digital
12:39presence, their digital footprint?
12:43It's never too late.
12:46It's never too late.
12:46It's never too late.
12:46They say better late than never.
12:49Well, other multi corporations have been there for 10, 5 plus years, 16, 15, depending on how fast they wanted
13:01to be there.
13:05Other corporations and other institutions have been offline for decades.
13:14And they could have audiences out there.
13:16They could have a market, a very, very big market.
13:21But no one is actually trying to reach out to see if actually they can expand on that market.
13:34That's something I always ask my friends around me.
13:38Yes, we're talking about this.
13:40We're drinking soda.
13:42We're having fun.
13:43We're talking about all the jazz.
13:46But how are we helping those who don't understand where we are?
13:54Because they are the people who will be the challenge when we start balancing the bot.
14:03When we start looking at how we are offloading the merchandise.
14:11They'll be like, hey, how did you get there?
14:15And the world leaders will be like, hey, this information has been online for decades.
14:22What have your leaders been doing?
14:28This is a mindset change.
14:30It's you, the one who can access this information to let other people in.
14:36To bring them up.
14:38So that they don't end up in positions where they're asking themselves questions that they can't even answer how they
14:46came about with them.
14:50That's the reality.
14:52That's the truth.
14:53That's the now.
15:02That's the truth.
15:14That's the now.
15:19The care.
15:21The feedback.
15:23The bonuses.
15:25The coupons.
15:28There is a lot that others need to understand.
15:35As you learn that is how the other people also want to learn that.
15:41But how far have you gone to support them?
15:44you may not be doing that directly but have you reached out to anyone who can
15:53do that there are institutions that need awareness there are organizations that
16:00need what we call mentorship yeah what that need like what we call
16:09orientation into the dot-com world better they need to create a better digital
16:18presence around their businesses their multi-billion dollar projects without
16:25digital addresses why it causes curiosity from the one who is collecting the taxes
16:35to the one leading if that business is really really transparent that project
16:44is really transparent why are you hesitating to digitalize it because
16:51digitalization means transparency
17:01see don't wait to become the problem when they start saying hey it's time for this
17:10kind of tax we need the receipts to be this we need you to have this kind of receipt
17:18around you we need you to have this kind of documentation when actually you were
17:25the one blocking the economy from growth government says something different you
17:34also say something different government says the policies about helping everyone
17:43going out of poverty you don't mind about what information you're talking about the
17:54conversations you're having it's all about wasting time and then when people walk away and
18:05mind the business
18:11you say they're bad
18:15they're not bad you don't have anything in common to talk about
18:23you don't have anything in common to share that they can actually relate with
18:31and then how informed are you they might be walking away because they're introverts that fail to
18:38be productive around you for example an introvert with a laptop would expect you to be
18:47someone who just needs a service let's say I'm offering a graphics designing service what what
18:54other conversation do you want me to have around you I'm only there to fix your website or to do
19:03a few
19:03website upgrades on your platform what are they really conversation do you want me to have with you
19:12yeah
19:14don't create spaces and shields that will actually break without anything sharper going through them
19:30we've been to places
19:35multi-culture places multi-mindset places and these places have actually empowered people
19:46it's the value of now you understand it differently you don't push because everyone is pushing
19:56you push because you want to see everyone getting there
20:07it doesn't get easier
20:10it gets better
20:12by working
20:14by embracing
20:16by enabling
20:17by understanding
20:18by digesting
20:21by not failing yourself
20:26by remembering the law
20:28by obedience
20:34because it's all by that
20:36that that then can be
20:42no matter how much you try again
20:52it's like dust
20:56no matter how much you shield
21:02yourself
21:05anywhere
21:08dust can always find you
21:15it's a house
21:16it's well locked
21:17it's air locked
21:18and all that
21:20but the few seconds you open up
21:23allow dust inside
21:26and the more the more the more seconds accumulate to hours
21:30those are hours of dust inside
21:36so again
21:39don't
21:40wait until
21:43someone is pushing you
21:47to understand it
21:50strive
21:51to be informed
21:53to be aware
21:54to be in the know
21:55of what's happening around you
21:59because it's that what's happening around you
22:02that will keep your mindset
22:04upgraded
22:05all the time
22:06updated
22:07all the time
22:09not everyone is on a smartphone
22:12but you who has a smartphone
22:14you who is on that social platform
22:17have you whispered around
22:19to that person
22:21the goodies
22:22the beautifulness
22:22the reasons why you're still on that platform
22:26because if it wasn't really really empowering
22:29it wasn't really enabling
22:31you wouldn't be on it
22:34yeah
22:36in whichever way it's enabling you
22:38you might be somebody looking for comedy
22:42there are platforms that offer that
22:44you know so much of comedy
22:46somebody looking for interaction
22:50education
22:50there are platforms that offer that
22:52yeah
22:57there's somebody looking for
22:59really corporate stuff
23:02there are platforms that offer that
23:08there's somebody looking for
23:10to elevate someone
23:12from their own mindset
23:14there are platforms that offer that
23:17but have you looked out for them
23:20have you tried to share a link around
23:23have you tried to search around
23:31because that's the value of now
23:32the value of now is
23:36how
23:38does this happen
23:41it's the start of everything
23:54it's going to be
23:56a really rough road
23:58you know
24:00roller cross of
24:02trillions of events
24:05for the world
24:07has to catch up
24:10the economies have to catch up
24:13leaderships have to catch up
24:16organizations institutions
24:17you yourself and the families
24:20have to catch up
24:26it's what we're doing
24:28it's what
24:29the world will always do
24:34be in the know
24:37be better
24:39than you've ever been
24:42it's the value of now
