01:07work-life balance while increasing productivity, reducing operational costs, and promoting
01:14flexible work arrangements to remain to be priorities of the City Government of Manila,
01:25with the impending price increase in gas, diesel, and kerosite due to the geopolitical tensions
01:33occurring among between U.S. Israel and Iran supporters. Whereas, advances in telecommunication,
01:44information technology, and proven public and private sector practices support alternative work
01:51arrangement, including condensed work weeks and telework while maintaining efficient public service
02:03service delivery.
