00:00During a high school basketball game, the Wolves are losing against the Stalkers.
00:04With only 44 seconds left, the coach tells Dean to get the ball and pass it to Mason
00:08to get the few points they need to win.
00:10The boys follow this strategy and soon Mason gets two points, although he's distracted
00:14when he sees a burned man in the crowd.
00:16The game continues and Dean passes the ball to Mason again.
00:19He throws it at the last second and watches in horror as the burned man appears in front
00:22of him, reaching out with its black hand.
00:24At that moment the ball gets the final points and the Wolves win, so Mason is surrounded
00:28by his overjoyed team.
00:30A terrified Mason runs to the changing room and notices the goosebumps on his arm as
00:33he opens his locker.
00:34He throws out a bunch of things until only a strange artifact is left.
00:38While a voice whispers his name, Mason goes looking for a weight.
00:41At that moment the burned man enters the room and Mason begs for more time before throwing
00:45the weight on the artifact, smashing it into pieces.
00:47Then he looks at the door and is relieved to see his teammates coming in.

01:18At school, Rel shows Chris around and she shares a look with a girl named Ellie.
01:22Chris is assigned a locker that says horse so Rel explains that it used to be Mason's nickname.
01:26Suddenly Dean and his teammates surround Chris, saying she shouldn't use that locker out of
01:30respect.
01:31His girlfriend Grace cuts in to point out that this school is very old, so all the lockers
01:35belong to dead people.
01:36While Rel fails to flirt with Grace, Dean realizes that Chris is the new girl and says he hears
01:40rumors she got out of rehab after killing her dad.
01:43He's interrupted by Ellie, who calls him out for his cruelty.
01:46Dean keeps on mocking Chris, who kicks him in the groin.

03:45In the evening, Craven discovers that the artifact is empty.
03:48He searches for the whistle everywhere to no avail.
03:51Then he hears a noise and assumes it's the janitor, but when he steps into the corridor
03:54he sees a strange figure standing in the darkness.
03:57Suddenly Craven is startled by a hand on his shoulder, however it's just the janitor.
04:01The mysterious figure is gone so Craven assumes he's been imagining things.
04:05He then returns to the classroom and notices that he can see his breath.
04:08When he turns around, he finds a creepy creature with weird goo coming out of its mouth.
04:12This creep stabs Craven with both hands to squeeze his lungs until he dies.
04:16The janitor walks past the door but doesn't see anything.
04:19The same goo appears in Craven's mouth as he transforms into the creature before collapsing.
04:23At Grace's house, Rel reveals he stole the whistle.
04:26Chris refuses to mingle with the group but can't stop staring at Ellie, who injects her leg with
04:30her diabetes medicine.
04:31Grace's brother Timmy tries to spy on their party but she sends him to his room.
04:35When Chris announces she's leaving, Ellie tries to convince her to stay.
04:39At that moment Dean dares Grace to blow the whistle.
04:41When she does so, everyone covers their ears because a painful noise echoes for a few seconds.
04:46Once it's over, Dean tells everyone to be quiet because he can hear something else, but this
