01:32to load money on your cash up balance through a retailer okay now the most common method that you can

01:39and even way easier is through the barcode key this barcode typically involves you scanning a barcode
01:45okay showing the retailer or the check the click and the retailer scan the barcode that will be shown
01:51in your app through the deposit the paper money deposit feature which after the scan to determine
01:58or you will tell them how much you want to be loaded onto your cash up account okay so if
02:04you have to load the
02:05let's say you want to load a hundred dollars you typically need to give 101 dollars so that the
02:12fees will be automatically deducted from the amount you're loading okay so you should keep that in mind
02:18and the best way to stay away from this fee or to avoid this fee is to make sure that
