00:1915 days since January 7th. More than 130 parents, carers and guardians have formed a parent voice
00:26group and said disruption is affecting pupils learning. The union claims teachers were denied
00:32pay progression. Birmingham City Council says it's working with school leaders and union
00:38representatives to resolve the dispute and return children to their normal classroom routines.
