The session beautifully blended theory with practical demonstrations, helping parents clearly understand the powerful connection between physical fitness and behaviour regulation in children with autism and other neurodivergent conditions. Key Highlights of the Workshop:

* Functional exercise strategies for home programs * Sensory-motor integration activities

Write on Medium
* Open discussion with interactive

Q&A Parents actively participated, shared their observations, and engaged in meaningful discussions. The live demonstrations, especially posture and gait analysis along with practical home exercise guidance, were the most appreciated segments of the session.

We are overwhelmed by the positive feedback and excellent response received. Parents expressed that the workshop gave them clear insights into how improving physical fitness can positively influence behaviour, attention, and daily functioning in children with Autism spectrum disorder. Many parents have requested for more such informative and practical workshops in the future — and we are excited to continue empowering families with knowledge and hands-on guidance. Thank you to all the wonderful parents who made this session interactive, insightful, and impactful. Together, we build stronger bodies and calmer minds.
