00:00We're focusing on NVIDIA here which is at session lows but so too is the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index. And Ed
00:06we have about a minute left with you. But it's interesting because this is talking about anywhere in the world.
00:12But talk to us about how China fits in because a lot of this has been played out in the
00:17sphere of the U.S.-China relationship. Based on the reporting this doesn't actually change the situation with China. Right. There
00:25is a plan in place for granting export licenses on the U.S. side. And for what it's worth China
00:29has
00:30not shown anything definitive that they even allow depowered generations of processor in. The issue is the vacuum. And this
00:38is part of what the people around the president have advised him on. We've reported on. If you don't allow
00:43American companies to export to say the Middle East or the Gulf then China will go into those markets. But
00:49in the middle of that is can China or a Chinese company access the technology through a third party in
00:56you know by investing in a data center that's deployed outside
01:00outside of China's sovereign jurisdiction like a nation in the Gulf. That is the kind of unknown here. And based
01:05on the reporting that the current rules on China haven't and won't change.
