Miami (EE.UU.), 5 mar (EFE).- Estados Unidos y casi 20 países latinoamericanos y caribeños firmaron este jueves un acuerdo para combatir a los grupos "narcoterroristas" en la conferencia inaugural de las 'Américas contra los carteles', en Miami, donde destacó la ausencia de representantes de México, Colombia y Brasil.
