00:40Pinasasagot si Vice President Sara Duterte sa mga aligasyong nakalatag sa 3rd at 4th impeachment complaints
00:46na nakitang sufficient in form and substance.
00:50Binigyan siya ng 10 calendar days para ibigay ang kanyang tugon.

02:24pagdedesisyon na naman ang House Committee on Justice kung may sufficient grounds para suportahan ang impeachment complaint.
02:31Kung meron, magsasagawa na ang komite ng hearing.
02:35Iimbitahan na natin yung complainants, witnesses, and even the respondent to provide their testimony before the Justice Committee, no?
02:44So, galantin nyo lang, pag hindi dumating si Vice President sa hearing proper,
02:48it will merely be interpreted as a waiver of her right to be present during the hearing.
02:54Kasama sa impeachment complaint, ang affidavit na nagpakilalang dating aide ng bise na si Ramil Madriaga.
03:01Siya ang nagsabing nag-deliver siya ng pera sa ilang individual sa utos ni Duterte.
03:07Sinampahan siya ng reklamong perjury ng bise dahil hindi raw totoong naging aide niya si Madriaga.
03:13May mga miyembro ng komite na nagsabing wala itong epekto sa impeachment proceedings sa ngayon.
