Depuis plusieurs semaines, Álvaro Arbeloa est au centre des critiques pour sa maniĂšre de gĂ©rer les mauvais rĂ©sultats du Real Madrid. Au final, si Arbeloa se dĂ©crit comme responsable de tout, la question revient forcĂ©ment : pourquoi est-il encore lĂ  ? Entre manque de confiance et incompĂ©tence, ce management qui dĂ©douane en permanence l’effectif finit par agacer et par alimenter l’idĂ©e d’un coach pas au niveau pour le Real Madrid.
