Young elephant becomes overly affectionate with tourist and won't let him leave

A visit to Thailand transformed into an unexpected snuggle session at an elephant sanctuary. Anticipating gentle giants, slow-paced movements, and serene atmospheres—what they encountered was quite different. A young elephant, seemingly unaware of its size, behaved like an oversized Labrador with floppy ears. It approached the man, waddling over like a needy child, trunk extended as if to say, 'Hold on, buddy!' As if that wasn’t amusing enough, the elephant attempted to drape itself over the man's shoulder.
