00:07arresting enforcement officers, business owners and so-called tontos in a sweeping crackdown.

01:05used by Tonto members to coordinate their operations on the road.
01:09On the financial side, investigators have identified bribery transactions totaling nearly 12.5 million ringgit,
01:16a further 4.69 million ringgit across 59 bank accounts has been frozen as the money trail is traced.
01:24Azam warned that the Tonto network may have deeper criminal ties, linking them to secret societies and organised crime.
01:31Crucially, he stressed that in this scheme, it was the Tontos who approached enforcement officers, not the other way around.
