Two occupants of a hot air balloon were rescued after it struck a cellphone tower in Longview, Texas, on Saturday (Feb 28) morning.

The Longview Fire Department responded at 8.15am and spent over an hour reaching the balloon, which was left dangling about 280 meters in the air.
