00:23recently we are picking up points because we've scored many times from set pieces but what did
00:28not change in the last five six seven games that we struggle and find it very hard to score from
00:33the open play cancers that we do create not as much as I would like from all the ball possession
00:39we have but enough and far more than the other team but end result we score one and they score
00:50two and indeed another time in extra time so it sums up our season again in this game as well
01:13no what I mean with it sums up the season is that that we've had far more ball possession
01:17the other team we've created more open play and in general chances than the other team but from
01:22open play we struggle to score recently we've scored a lot from set pieces today again we had a lot

01:28set pieces first half very poor taken as we didn't play we a bit similar to how we played I
01:34don't
01:34think we played a very good first half the second half was better still not great but better created
01:40a bit more um and in extra time or just before extra time I think we were twice very close

01:49chances to score the 2-1 Mo who was dribbling and had on the left and the right two players

01:56but the ball wasn't intercepted by the defender and the Virgil header yeah those are chances and the
02:02one we concede is not even a chance and that is what has happened so many times to us this
02:07season so
02:08um that it happens in extra time might be a coincidence maybe although it happens so many
02:13times but uh we hardly gave away a chance today we gave away one chance but conceded two
02:20Arne you used the word same old story Virgil and his post-batch interview used slow and predictable
02:26what was it about tonight that you weren't able to break down Wolves' defense
02:30why yeah what was it about their defense uh now well done by Wolves they they made it really hard

02:37uh compact uh and um in the first half I think it's also what I what I showed to me
02:44at halftime and
02:45told them that it was possible to play a bit faster from side to side and if you play a
02:50bit faster then
02:51the few times that we did in the first half our wingers at least have some time to take their
02:56full
02:56back on I think that happened the second half better than the first half that's why we also came closer
03:03and
03:03closer uh had more crosses or I've penetrated more in the box uh than we did in the first half
03:09but then
03:10it's also uh finishing off those moments and um and and pick the right player in front of goal when
03:17you
03:18uh when you uh when you arrive now so slow uh or predictable uh our words that I can understand
03:27he uses
03:28but um if you want to go faster uh you you have to be able uh to dominate to dominate
03:36situations on the
03:37sides and because then something can happen and we struggled to dominate on the sides today
03:48when you drop points against a side like walls does it change your expectations for the season
03:55no my expectations have changed throughout the season because I expected more from us than
04:00where we are fighting for now but um
04:05it's it's not a setback and and we we we didn't help ourselves with this result
04:11uh not at all um but there are still nine nine games I think nine games to play oh eight
04:18oh eight
04:19games to play so we're coming closer and closer to the end and then dropping points in a game where
04:23it's absolutely not necessary if you look at the run of play it wasn't that we played so great uh
04:28i'm not saying that but if we play this game in this fashion ten times i don't think we will
04:33lose ten
04:34times it's far from sure that we win every time because therefore we were not good enough
04:38uh if we if we don't want to rely on a deflected shot we we need to do better we
04:43have to play better
04:45um but we've had enough chances to win the game but um but credits to wolf as well they fight

04:53first second till the end and um and got maybe a little bit of luck what they deserved if you

05:00at how much uh they put in throughout the whole game um if i remember correctly i think we won

05:30he also dribbled forward and scored the goal uh what do we do wrong in that situation yeah maybe
05:37if we could do it one more time over uh uh maybe curtis clears the ball himself uh ali kicks

05:43side instead of through the middle uh yeah you can always do things different um but a deflected shot
05:49who deflected it i don't know actually and joe okay so i have to show i have to see then

05:56he puts his body in front of the ball if he could do anything about that or not or it

06:00luck but it's not the first time a ball um goes in from a deflected shot i think we're suddenly
