37:28But it's also an open floor plan, with plenty of gathering areas to share and debate ideas.
37:34Because, as it turns out, debates with friends only make ideas stronger.
37:39Trust me, we had a lot of debates getting this project finalized.
37:42But, we also became friends.
37:47Living proof of the power of the free flow of ideas.
37:50And, we have a full plan to keep this project on time, and on budget.
